Forgive me I know this topic has been covered to somewhere but i had very specific questions that I didn't feel were answered by a common thread search.
I dm a Saturday Night pathfinder group and I have a character who in real life is a lawyer. So i need to point rules as written out to that person. most of the time they are great and will roll with my on the spot gm calls if needed. But I am not as familiar with touch ac as I would like to be.
An example
a green hag can make a touch attack to drain str.
if she wanted to make such an attack against the monk what would th monks touch ac be.
the monk/sorc character she is playing has the following
bracers of armor +2
dex bonus
wisdom bonus
mage armor
my question is what is exactly calculated in a touch attack for a monk if i want to attack the monk with a touch attack what is added
i know the basics of a touch attack no armor, no deflection bonuses, and no natural armor,
but can you give me a RAW run down of what applies to a monks touch ac with these above mentioned things? (i don't have the characters exact stats in front of me so ac numbers are not needed only what is included in the touch)
also what type of armor bonus is each part added for a touch ac
thanks for taking the time to answer my post.

Page 179, Touch attacks disregard armor (bonuses), including shields and natural armor, everything else applies including all of the bonuses gained from the monk class (wis and what-not). Deflection is still allowed. Also bracers of armor and mage armor do not stack.
great so mage armor is allowed on a touch attack correct? what type of bound is the wis bonus?

AC Bonus (Ex): When unarmored and unencumbered, the monk adds his Wisdom bonus (if any) to his AC and his CMD. In addition, a monk gains a +1 bonus to AC and CMD at 4th level. This bonus increases by 1 for every four monk levels thereafter, up to a maximum of +5 at 20th level. These bonuses to AC apply even against touch attacks or when the monk is flat-footed. He loses these bonuses when he is immobilized or helpless, when he wears any armor, when he carries a shield, or when he carries a medium or heavy load.
it is an untyped bonus.

Mage armor is an armor bonus, it does not apply to touch attacks.
An invisible but tangible field of force surrounds the subject of a mage armor spell, providing a +4 armor bonus to AC.

Touch Attacks: Some attacks completely disregard armor, including shields and natural armor—the aggressor need only touch a foe for such an attack to take full effect. In these cases, the attacker makes a touch attack roll (either ranged or melee). When you are the target of a touch attack, your AC doesn't include any armor bonus, shield bonus, or natural armor bonus. All other modifiers, such as your size modifier, Dexterity modifier, and deflection bonus (if any) apply normally. Some creatures have the ability to make incorporeal touch attacks. These attacks bypass solid objects, such as armor and shields, by passing through them. Incorporeal touch attacks work similarly to normal touch attacks except that they also ignore cover bonuses. Incorporeal touch attacks do not ignore armor bonuses granted by force effects, such as mage armor and bracers of armor.
While I'm at it.

Just to be clear, in the example you give, the AC would be 10 + Dex mod + Wis Mod. AC from bracers of armor and mage armor would not count as they are both Armor bonuses to AC.
As a side note, the monk could not enjoy the bonuses of both mage armor and bracers of armor at the same time either. They give the same type of bonus so only the highest one would go into effect (the mage armor in this case).

The touch AC bypasses essentially anything that is more or less "tangible" all of your dodge, wis, etc can't be touched so remain, now the inverse is Flat footed where more or less only your tangible defenses will protect you, no dodge, no dex, etc. your WIS bonus to AC will prevail in all circumstances. (except those that the Monk section explicitly prohibits)

Mage armor is an armor bonus, it does not apply to touch attacks.
You'll have to excuse me, because I don't have the books so I cannot provide the page number, but this is according to the d20srd.
An armor bonus applies to Armor Class and is granted by armor or by a spell or magical effect that mimics armor. Armor bonuses stack with all other bonuses to Armor Class (even with natural armor bonuses) except other armor bonuses. An armor bonus doesn't apply against touch attacks, except for armor bonuses granted by force effects (such as the mage armor spell) which apply against incorporeal touch attacks, such as that of a shadow.
I bring this up, because I've been trying to figure out if Bracers of Armor count to touch AC as well. Because they use the Mage Armor spell, I'm inclined to think that they do, but I haven't found anything that specifically states yes OR no.

Keirato answered this question above actually.
Mage Armor/Bracers of Armor would only apply to Incorporal Touch Attacks, which is basically a subset of normal Touch Attacks.

To summarize:
-Touch AC normally includes EVERYTHING except armor bonus, shield bonus, and natural armor bonus.
-An enhancement bonus to one of those three AC types counts as that type of AC. (For example, a +2 heavy steel shield has a total shield bonus of 4.
-AC from different sources of the same type does not stack. Only the highest bonus counts. For example, bracers of armor and the Mage Armor spell do not stack because they are both armor bonus. Neither would they stack with a Breastplate.
-The general exception to the above is dodge bonuses, which specifically do stack.
-Sometimes specific items or spells are exceptions to these rules, there are too many to list here.

To summarize what several folks are trying to say in helping you.
You have two issues.
#1 Your monk is possibly breaking the rules (intentionally or not)
the Spell Mage Armor from the PRD
Mage Armor
School conjuration (creation) [force]; Level sorcerer/wizard 1
Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S, F (a piece of cured leather)
Range touch
Target creature touched
Duration 1 hour/level (D)
Saving Throw Will negates (harmless); Spell Resistance no
An invisible but tangible field of force surrounds the subject of a mage armor spell, providing a +4 armor bonus to AC.
Unlike mundane armor, mage armor entails no armor check penalty, arcane spell failure chance, or speed reduction. Since mage armor is made of force, incorporeal creatures can't bypass it the way they do normal armor.
And Bracers of Armor
Bracers of Armor
Aura moderate conjuration; CL 7th
Slot wrists; Price 1,000 gp (+1), 4,000 gp (+2), 9,000 gp (+3), 16,000 gp (+4), 25,000 gp (+5), 36,000 gp (+6), 49,000 gp (+7), 64,000 gp (+8); Weight 1 lb.
Description
These items appear to be wrist or arm guards. They surround the wearer with an invisible but tangible field of force, granting him an armor bonus of +1 to +8, just as though he were wearing armor. Both bracers must be worn for the magic to be effective.
Alternatively, bracers of armor can be enchanted with armor special abilities. See Table: Armor Special Qualities for a list of abilities. Special abilities usually count as additional bonuses for determining the market value of an item, but do not improve AC. Bracers of armor cannot have a modified bonus (armor bonus plus armor special ability bonus equivalents) higher than +8. Bracers of armor must have at least a +1 armor bonus to grant an armor special ability. Bracers of armor cannot have any armor special abilities that add a flat gp amount to their cost. Bracers of armor and ordinary armor do not stack. If a creature receives a larger armor bonus from another source, the bracers of armor cease functioning and do not grant their armor bonus or their armor special abilities. If the bracers of armor grant a larger armor bonus, the other source of armor ceases functioning.
In essence both mage armor and the bracers of armor provide an Armor bonus (the bracers a +2 and the mage armor +4) They do not add together but rather over lap. Without the mage armor the monks Armor bonus is +2 when mage armor is active the monks armor bonus is +4 (not +6)
#2 touch ac. As I pointed out above the mage armor and the bracers of armor are typed armor and thus not part of touch ac. Now, the Mage armor does actually affect Incorporeal Touch attacks but that is a side effect of the spell.
Against the hag, the armor will not be included in the touch AC.
Regular AC = 10+(armor bonus)+(shield bonus)+(Dex)+(Wis)+(monk AC bonus if any)+(Deflection)+(size modifier if any)
Touch AC=10+(Dex)+(Wis)+(monk AC bonus if any)+(Deflection)+(size modifier if any)
Flat-Footed AC=10+(armor bonus)+(shield bonus)+(Wis)+(monk AC bonus if any)+(Deflection)+(Size modifier if any)
