Hello !
Just passin by and dotting. This is the char I probably run, the fluff will be finished soon and then I'll just have to find an picture =)
My vote goes to Bounty Brood or Vitum Semper (sounds like latin, dose it mean anything ?)
Sitting in the UTC +2 btw, but Im soon heading for summer break so lurking around the forum at strange times wont be a problem =)

Hello!
I'm not mad on any of the names, though Victum Semper has its charms! :p
I quite like the idea of being named after some spell component or really integral part of the Pathfinder spellcasting system, but Fistful of Guano isn't a cool name! There are a lot of ones where you use amber or something stuck in amber though, and as its a cool, esoteric seeming symbol I might suggest the name 'Amber Trapped'.
I'm in Ireland, so I use GMT! If its good enough for the queen, it will have to suffice. Hope I don't miss out when all the american folk come online and have banter.
My fluff and stats are in my profile!

Victum semper Latin loose translation is "Always to Victory" and can be in any order also ,such as semper victum, and still mean the same thing.
Also as a little character fluff trundle has a slight obsession with fire verging on pyromania, but without the gleefull insanity.

Hi folks!
Thanks Ceragia Trundle for starting up this thread! I am Pentor Lionsmane and I will be your GM for this game, and will probably be bringing in a co-GM to help out with things around here as well probably.
I will head over to the recruitment thread and link to this thread there. The name of the squad and where you start in Golarion, apart from in the Worldwound, is up to you, the PCs, to decide on. You are part of the Blood Hawks, a mercenary company originally formed in what used to be called Sarkosia, but is now the Worldwound, who have divided into five great companies that follow the orders of their generals, advised by the shamans of the tribes-in-exile, in fighting for whoever will pay them.
I will also go through and see who's actually playing in this squad and list them here as well.
DM - Pentor
Copy&Paste from recruitment thread - Ok this is my list of players after I have worked my way through the thread.
Mathpro18 - ?
NightTrace - Gunslinger
Guru_of_the_Sands - Human, Pharasmin Inquisitor
Derosierr - Cergia Trundle/Human Wizard
Stomphoof - Psion?
Lordx87 - Elf Ranger/Paladin?
Saerdna - Tycho Harkonen/Bard(Sandman)
Wandslinger - ?
Deiros - Magus?
vagrant-poet - Nithya Hijara/Vudrani Eunuch Summoner
However Mathpro18 hasn't posted in the thread since his initial post and Stomphoof offered to give up his spot, unless he's still interested in playing?
What I'm going to do here is something slightly different from the other squads and include everybody in this list in the squad, as long as they finish their character sheet that is. So potentially we have 10 squad members in 4th squad but I'm pretty sure that Mathpro18 is out, so it'll probably only be 9 PCs.
It's a pretty large squad but if it proves too large I may cut back the number of players or split them into two subsquads, who are part of the same mission but are given different objectives.
Also all players please list the books that you are using to build your character and the relevant page numbers if possible, 25 Point Buy for stats and you start with maximum gold & HP for your class as well.
I will also be looking for a co-GM for this game once you have decided on a starting point and name for your squad.
Caern Stern
Caern Stern here (aka Guru). Keeping your fates in my eyes as the Lady of Graves decrees.
I actually like the reverse of Semper Victum or the Tempest Coven and as cool as it would be to start in Nex, Qadira is a cool land. I would love to see something in the Lands of the Linnorm Kings myself. However I'll go with the consensus :)

The pathfinder wiki is a good place to start. Just google pathfinder wiki, and you'll find it.
I'm happy wherever, but I like the idea of being in a high magic land, and in the inner sea, magic goes up as you go south.
Will go and check the wiki out, I'm not terrible familiar with paizo's world. High magic however sounds about right for this squad, its either that or a teribly magic low region (were people would pay good money for spellcasting services).
Also - the books I used in char gen was core and the apg, and a trait from the guide to Qadira (to get Disable Device as a class skill). However, was planning on takeing the Eldritch Heritage feat on lvl 3 from Ultimate Magic - subjected to gm approval and my own survival that is =)
Prerequisites: Cha 13, Skill Focus with the class skill of bloodline selected for this feat (see below), character level 3rd.
Benefit: Select one sorcerer bloodline. You must have Skill focus in the class skill that bloodline grants to a sorcerer at 1st level (for example, Heal for the celestial bloodline). This bloodline cannot be a bloodline you already have. You gain the first-level bloodline power for the selected bloodline. For purposes of using that power, treat your sorcerer level as equal to your character level – 2, even if you have levels in sorcerer. You do not gain any of the other bloodline abilities.

** spoiler omitted **
I'm ok with that Tycho.

Nice =) Now, if only the rest of the squad would arrive :D

People will probably start showing up over the next day or so. Weekends tend to be slow.
Suggestions for squad names are -
Tempest Coven; Bounty Brood; Dead Sky; Victum Semper
Suggestions for starting regions are -
Nex, Quadira, Tian Xia, Lands of the Linnorm Kings
However don't feel limited by that list, anywhere in the world of Golarion is acceptable. If there isn't a lot of info about it that just means we'll have to make it up ourselves!

ceragia begins to throw a campfire together and waits for the others on the list she was given to show.
survival 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22
bah why didnt i read a book on this.
feeling a tad inept with the flint and steel in her pack.

i read up on those areas and liked the story of the arcane battles between Nex and Geb. the two together created a bit of a wasteland in the area. they also unleashed many a magical monster to destroy the other that still roam the area.
i vote nex, major city quantium.
pulls out the butchery knife (dagger) and begins to sharpen it up.
i wonder if any one brought some fresh meat?
Jaqen
Quadira is fine by me.
The team name I can suggest a few:
Order of Zephyr
Knights of the Covenant
Blades of Shadow
Vagrant Alliance
Arcane Coalition
Sovereign Host
Knights of Dominus
Scarlet Brotherhood
Aether Squa
Crimson Swords
Crimson Swords is a nice name at least that's what I think.

"mmm Do I smell the glorius scent of food?"
A pale man in red appears from the shadows and approaches the fire, sitting down on the opposite side from Ceragia.
"I presume that this is the meetingplace for the fourth squad? I am Tycho Harkonen, a pleasure to meet you"
Tycho gives Ceragia a courtly nod, and continues to gaze upon the food
Nithya Hijara
Walking at a measured pace a vudrani man approaches, his careful steps leading him to the fires edge, whereupon he bows from the waist to the waiting there and announces 'Good evening, my friends, I an Nithya Hijara, I am here to serve the inneffable fourth squad. I hope that my talents can be of use to you.' The strange man then sits crosslegged and draws out an iron kettle and a tripod, standing the kettle over the fire. 'I will make tea, would anyone like some?'
Tycho Harkonen
"Ah I would never dream of refusing such an offer!"
Tycho leans over to greet the strange man, and also to get a closer look on his exotic appearance.
"And what would your talents be then, good sir? You dont look like the swordswinging type, mind my manners. Are you perhaps a disciple of the great art?"
ceragia trundle
standing and giving a nod to those that walk up.I would appreciate the tea thank you. my name is ceragia trundle nice to make all your aquaintances.
eyeballing the man named tycho.
allows Slink (pet familiar) out of his side satchel to get a good view of the crowd forming.
you all must be the squad ive been looking for
vote nex and tempest coven
Tycho Harkonen
Ceragia and Nithya is it then - its good to know the names of the people we are going bleed with.
Perhaps it would be usefull to know eachothers set of skills, so we can organize appropriately? I can start with confessing my interest in the great art, but I'll be the first to admit that I only know a few meager cantrips.
Tycho looks from Nithya to Ceragia and back agian, hopeing for them to reveal more about themselves then he did.
OOC: :) Tycho is more rogueishly built then a normal bard thanks to the sandman architype, just so you know (aka dont expect that many songs of inspire compitense). However at higher levels I expect he will be able to carry his weight with debuffs and direct magical application. For now he will mainly use his extensive skillset and mundane tricks

i myself have been skilled in the wizarding arts heavily. id like to say that im a tested battle caster but not true. 5 years i have been under the aprentice of a evocation specialist and now i get a chance to cleanse something in destructive flame.
letting loose a slight chuckle with a gleam in her eye
i do hope, however, that there are a few heavies we can hide behind. this cloth tunic doesnt deflect bolts very well
Nithya Hijara
'I am not aware. I am content to wait however.' Nithya says as he pours tea, offering an additional tin cup to Jaqen, he sits cross-legged and allows the mixture to cool before he starts to drink from it.
'We are soldiers yes? An ancient poem of my people tells that a soldier should hold nothing more sacred than his moments of rest.'
Caern Stern
A man dressed chainmail with black clothing beneath and a flowing black cloak approaches the fire. He removes the spear and crossbow from his back and set them beside him as he takes a seat. A wooden spiral hangs from his neck and his pale face is partially obscured by a black mask over his nose and mouth.
"I assume this is the place where the squad is to gather?" he says in a tone conveying no emotion.
Jaqen
Noding at Ceragia and making a strange hand movement trying to tell her soemthing
"....."
Courteously taking the tea, I smell it and enjoys it in every sip he takes, trying to know what kind of tea it is.
Making his strange hand movements towards Nithya
Tycho Harkonen
Exellent tea Nithya ! And its even my favorite kind ... free
Tycho laughs at his own horrible joke and takes another sip of tea, sweeping his gaze his strange companions.
So then, a caller of souls, a fiery mage, a mime and only the prince knows what. What a merry bunch we make. Although, I must say I share Ceragias desire for a thick wall of steel to intercept any bolt bent on drawing my blood.
Caern Stern
"I am called Caern Stern." He accepted the food from her and looked up with cold eyes as he did so, as if he was looking into her soul. After about a minute of holding her in his gaze, he replied. "I am most definitely not here for your comedic pleasure. I am here as my fate was dictated by The Lady of Graves."
