Is there a feat out there somewhere that allows a sorcerer to take a spell from the druid or cleric spell list?

Short form answer: No. Certain bloodlines will grant specific spells that happen to be on that list, but there is no general "let me grab the other class goodies" feat.

There's a prestige class (Pathfinder Savant) that allows you to cherry-pick spells from other lists, though.

Not gonna happen, RAW. However, if I were your GM and you had a Wildblooded Sylvan Sorcerer I'd let you substitute SNA for Summon Monster on a 1:1 basis.

Adding some spells to your class list isn´t really a big deal, unless they give things like good healing and blasting to classes without those spells.

*shrug, obtaining spells outside of one's spell list, by RAW, is never meant to be easy or efficient. If you care about caster level then you can use UMD on scrolls, but the DC is much harder compared to using wands and you might have to make 2 checks.
