Ok I need some help understanding the rules of enchanting weapons.
Say you start with a mwk Longsword, so the price of it is 315gp:
You then make it +1 then +2, that would cost 8315gp correct?
You then add keen, that would cost 10315gp correct?
You then add frost, that would cost 12315gp correct?
or does it all add up to the price of a +4 weapon of 32000gp?

making it +1 will cost 2000gp, making that +2 costs a further 6000pg. If you do both together it costs 8000gp. Whichever way you end up at a +2 masterwork longsword it always costs 8315.
You then add keen, that would cost 10315gp correct?
No, adding keen at this point would cost 10000gp, you don't keep rebuying the sword, you already have it.
You then add frost, that would cost 12315gp correct?
or does it all add up to the price of a +4 weapon of 32000gp?
Almost, it adds up to 32315 gp total.
