It was told in another thread that equivalent job experience or exceptional Bluff/Diplomacy roll on job interview will waive actual degree requirement.
Ranks don't phail me now. :P
Eh, I still can't move from North Carolina; so it wouldn't matter much. I might see if I can get some degrees in those fields just because though; as soon as I can scrape together enough for tuition...

So when are you guys moving me out there to act as the company's spokesman?
I've got the tat and everything, even the cape! You love capes don't you.....
EDIT: You know I could browse the boards responding to flags and such, would free Gary and Ross up to do their jobs without interruption. Worth a shot.

You know that you are undermining their secret plan of keeping Gary and Ross occupied and distracted? Ups... It was suposed to stay secret...

You know you guys need a geologist...badly. Badder than any of those other silly positions you keep mentioning...
But better than just a geologist, you need someone with a B.S. in Geology who never worked in the industry, has a M.S in Astrophysics and is now a Software Tester/Analyst in the Financial Aid industry which pays better than either of the aforementioned degrees. :)
Yeah, that's what you need much badder than anything Fraust suggested.
Oh and it needs to pay much much better than the Analyst job and allow much more time for gaming and maybe a free house.
But to be honest on the geologist front, I remember the Fire & Brimstone: A Comprehensive Guide to Lava, Magma, and Superheated Rock (OGL) PDF
The reviews mentioned some important things, but Bowens Reaction Series, Carbonatite lavas and partially crystallized magma chambers are completely ignored among other things.

I hope the opening of the position was due to needing more help and not because of someone leaving.
I think you have a great staff, at least from those of you who I met at Gen Con and/or seen contribute on the forums. I would hate to see down the road that 'x' person was gone now.
With the exception of the intern (which is a revolving-door kind of thing almost by definition), all the current listings are new positions.
