At least that's what the pee stick tells us....

And my wife's increasingly miserable queasy-ness.

It appears so. I never think of it as official until she's been to the doctor (which is a little over a week away), but we're pretty certain.

Congratulations, hope everything goes well over the next few months and there are no excess complications.

Scarab Sages

I'm pushing for Tsojcanth if it's a boy. Jane if it's a girl.

Scarab Sages

Just kidding about the names.

Scarab Sages

Mostly.

Will there be place in your current house for two zombielings frolicking?

Or is time to move to a bigger house?

Thank you. Sadly, "well" is going to be a relative term, since she already appears to have started morning sickness.

And I didn't even brew any beer......

Bigger house. Bigger state. Right now things are...."in limbo" kind of.

Scarab Sages

All right folks, time to go do some stuff. Later.

Congrats, Mr. and Mrs. Zombie!

OKay..recovering from a straaaaaaaaange weekend. But first, a set of pics that I have been promising myself to post. A gift from my Darklight Sisterhood gaming group in light of the ill luck I have been complaining about with some this year. I screamed like a little girl. LIKE A LITTLE GIRL. I displayed her with pride during the one day of the Sakura Matsuri I went to this year, and one person took a picture. My wife carried her for a bit, and people mobbed her for pics. It was awesome.

I wanted to write a long thank you to my(all female!!!!) Darklight Sisterhood Group, but I gotta go to work. I will gush later, I promise.

Glad they did something nice for you :)

To follow up on my post from yesterday, the tiramisu blew me away. I was sure that it was going to need a little more "something", but it tasted exactly like tiramisu is supposed to. Yum.

I made a pot-roasted chicken last night.

John and I are trying to butter up his elderly landlady because his rental agreement is only for one occupant, but we want me to move in. I know his landlady likes to make her own soups and stocks, so we showed up at her door with the chicken carcass and her eyes positively lit up. A chicken carcass goes a long way in getting into an old lady's good graces.

I love plant monsters. I should use them more often.

Zombieling?

Sugar is ending... It would be good to make some shopping now. As cheaply as possible.

Same here, especially since there are so few of them in the game.

I have that picture! I used it for Burbalarg the Elder Shambling Mound in Savage Tide.

I like this guy. Sadly I can't think of any games in which I'd be able to make use of it.

It's a bit out there in terms of CR and concept, so I could imagine it would be difficult to slot it in somewhere.

Pat the monkey likes Planescape, I'll bet he could figure a way to squeeze it in somewhere. :)

And congratz Zombeh! Soon all will quake in fear and flee for their lives before TWO mini-zombies!

I had to change it due to unforseen circumstances.

All in all I'm loving most of these monsters and there are a great many I can already make use of. I think the most prominent is all the kaidas - I think I'm going to have them replacing the local pseudodragon population when I run Crimson Throne in the future.

Thanks, Orthos! This means a lot to me, especially your comment about the kaidas. They've turned out to be my favorite monsters to work on, so it's really neat to see that they'll get some use.

the Darklight Sisterhood just might run into a unique monster or two.... Created by a dastardly wizard working for the Pathfinder society, that is.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

That said, I think I just came up with the name of the wizard who created these monsters. Drejk the can you give me the Polish translation of the word badger and the name Mike?

Scarab Sages

Thanks to all the FAWTLY Folk for your congrats and well-wishes. This is something we wanted and were trying for. I have a hard time considering it "official" since she hasn't had independent confirmation by a doctor (that comes 9 May), but between the pee-on-a-stick test and the way she's already feeling, it's pretty much confirmed.

And, like I said - I'll get BBttH.

NY is waiting....

Scarab Sages

Of course, now that it's happening, this has kick-started us into moving on other changes. We know we might need a bigger house, and had been talking about that for a while now. With Iron Man Mark II on the way, we've now actively begun planning for a relocation - hopefully involving Texas.

Depends on how things turn out on the job front.
