Just a reminder. We like to keep overtly political crap out of this thread.

I don't always remind people of the rules. But when I do, I like to be NEKKID!!

Well, being nekkid at ToP is actually a rule...

Good morning FAWTLY Folk!!! It's a beautiful, if cold, Sunday morning here in Philly. We got a bit of a snow dusting last night. I'll have to brush off the Trailblazer this morning.

Scarab Sages

I really do like watching Thomas the Train with the boy. In between some of the segments they have live action pieces showcasing actual trains. Really cool stuff. Especially for me, since I work on steam propulsion boilers.

Scarab Sages

I think when I retire from working for the Navy, I'll just go to work being an operator on a steam train somewhere.

Happy Sunday FAWTL!

Razor Coast is almost 2/3 funded!

Anyone thinking about donating to this Kickstarter, there is a lot of interesting stuff included in this book. If you ever wanted to run a pirate-themed campaign this is a must buy!

So how are the Zombie and the Monkey doing this fine Sunday morn?

I am good. I just bought two fresh cords of firewood, so my Jøtul stove is nice and toasty. The weather is snowy, but its Sunday so IDGAF. I hope to spend some time later dismantling the last vestiges of the Yule season.

Scarab Sages

Hmmm...pirate stuff! Always cool. I liked the Freeport setting from back a few years. This may actually be worth a look.

Plus a lot of good writers are involved. Nic Logue, Richard Pett, Adam Daigle, and others. Our orange-tuxedoed friend Lou Agresta is trying to get this funded under the aegis of Frog God Games.

The best thing is, it has a darker tone than many books, for those who enjoy more of an adult horror theme. They just unveiled the sinister undead cannibals that haunt the jungles of the Razor Coast. Good stuff, and they can merge to form a huge undead vomit-spewing abomination.

The Exchange

That is the one Kickstarter that I would contribute to if I could. If for no other reason than to help it see the light of day.

STURRIDGE!! *does the new-signing-just-scored-for-Liverpool dance*

Darren Sturridge?!?

How is our lpm doing?

You were mentioned by my wife in a dream last night . I can't recall the gist of the conversation, but it was in an off handed way, like, "say hi to the lpm for me" or something. I twas weird.....

If he's naked and driving points home, I don't think it's anything I want any part of... Although I may request a video of it for research purposes.

I have been asked to no longer do a Fluttershy impression for a dramatic reading of AM BARBARIAN posts.

EDIT: Rarity is now banned as well.

What sort of monster would ban pony voices?! Point me in the right direction, dear scint. I would have words with this fiend!

I've always seen AM BARBARIAN as more of a Jolly Jumper

Whoo boy. Today's session didn't have much happening, but the player who joined has the most hilarious character ever. The guy's literally named after Gorum because he's lived so long killing things (he's a dhampir though he used to be human since a failed Ressurection spell tainted his soul) and forgot his name. He basically told the Wizard he can do the thinking for him, the Ranger to do the tracking for him, and the Cleric to manage the money and religious rites for him. His Int is 10, Wis is 8 and Cha is 9.

The guy's True Neutral, and the only things he seems to want are a good fight and money.

Give him access to Twitter and he's a replica Joey Barton!

good night FaWtL

LOL! Diane read this over my shoulder and wondered if you were trying to say, "My food is problematic."

EDIT: Naked firefly reference for ToP?

Ohh Myyyyy.

This has to be one of the few times I've objected to nudity.

LOL! Most people object to my nudity.

Serpent Skull was fun on Saturday. Diane couldn't make it because she's helping the girls get caught up on their home school, but it was fun anyway.

I just got got done with post rang weapon maintenance. Tim's oldest boy got to shoot for the fist time. He did pretty well, and he even shot my 12 gauge.

It still touches my heart to see a Dad at the range with his son for the first time.

Darn it, now I can never unhear it! And somehow that makes it better.

G'night everyone.

What the heck? I got 64.

Apparently, I have too much underwear according to the survey analysis.

So my options are: Stinky underwear, or slave-driver.

Excuse me for liking my buttocks fresh and comfortable every day, Mr Surveyor.

I feel lazy today, at least in regards to work.

Scarab Sages

Good morning to all my beloved FAWTLY brethren! It's another cold, yet sunny day here in Philthadelphia. Today it's back to work!

Scarab Sages

We're a bit slow going today. Had to drop the boy off at his new daycare. He cried a bit when we walked out the room, but that's to be expected. Mom cried a bit a well, but less than I thought she would.

The new place is a bit more out of the way, but the quality of the place seems much higher.

Scarab Sages

Of course, the late start means more traffic. Thankfully, I'm not driving.

Scarab Sages

I'm torn about going back to work. On one hand, it gets me back to a routine, which I like. On the other hand.....it's work.

Scarab Sages

Something I noticed in the new daycare - some kids poster art depicted a farm. There was a winged unicorn flying over the barn.

As there should be. ;)

Hope the week will see you well, AZ.

Sounds almost exactly like the Samurai in my KM, minus the "lived near forever and named after a god" parts.

I lament that I never got this chance, never even held a gun until well after moving to AZ for college, where some of the folks from the church out there were kind enough to take me to the firing range and let me use their weapons.

I still have the target sheet from that visit, somewhere in all my stuff.

I assume Reincarnate was involved when it came to his previous deaths.

Nah, my Samurai hasn't died yet, and he's Human.

The player's character died multiple times in his backstory.

And judging from how durable he is, he isn't going to die again anytime soon.

Heh, there's a thought for a character I've actually never tried before - recently reincarnated. Huh.

post that in the "1000 campaign seeds" thread.
