So I've just come home from watching Tangled, and I've been thinking about how to modify the game to make it, well... Just a little more cartoony.
While I percolate on that I thought it would be cool to make some feats inspired by Disney Movies and fairy tales.
First off Tangled/Rapunzel.
Longest Hair in the Land (Fairy Tale)
You have long, luxurious locks of hair that you have spent years growing. Furthermore you are adept at using your hair for unusual tasks.
Prerequisites: Cha 15 +, Must be a Princess.
Benefit: Your hair has grown to incredible lengths. You may use your hair in the following ways:
As 100 ft. of Silk Rope.
As a lasso with a range increment of 10 ft.
As a whip.
Your hair counts as both a natural and manufactured weapon in regards to spells and feats. Your hair may be targeted by the animate rope spell.
Special: If ever your hair is cut short you lose access to this feat until a restoration spell can be cast on you.
Magical Glowing Hair (Fairy Tale)
Your long, luxurious locks has unlocked mystical properties.
Prerequisites: Cha 15 +, Must be a Princes, Longest Hair in All The Land, Level 5+
Benefit: Your hair is now considered Masterwork, granting you a +1 bonus to attack rolls with it. Furthermore your hair can be enhanced using the rules for creating magic weapons.
Special: If ever your hair is cut short you lose access to this feat until a restoration spell can be cast on you.
More to come...

Pretty cool, but I know out of everything, I'd want Maximus the horse as my paladin mount!
Your wish is my command:
Wacky Animal Sidekick (Fairy Tale)
Your animal companion or familiar is incredibly clever, and practically a hero of his or her own.
Prerequisites: Leadership, Animal Companion or Familiar with Intelligence 3+
Benefit: Your animal companion or familiar may take levels in the following classes instead of increasing in level as a standard animal companion or gaining standard familiar abilities: Expert, Warrior or Adept. Your animal companion's personality becomes more pronounced, although it doesn't speak it becomes able to communicate non-verbally by taking a full minute to convey its ideas via charades.

Just a thought: add a note that when using hair as a whip to disarm you canot be disarmed in return (so no easy unDisneyish scalping) and character is always proficiency in using own hair as a whip.
Also: Magical glowing hair should grant masterwork bonus to noncombat uses, such as Climb checks but penalty to Disguise checks.

For anyone who wants to run a game in a Disney style, the True 20 setting of Blue Rose is very much a "Disney-esque" setting, complete with intelligent animals that are playable as PCs from level 1.
