Can use one with the other? Assuming the scroll is "Magus" and already "in hand", of course.

Probably not without some equivalent of the Wand Wielder arcana. Using a scroll is not the same as casting a spell and would usually take up one of your hands, unless you have it pinned to the back of a buckler or something.
