Will this happen? If so, when?

It will happen. When is a little more vague, except to say we'd prefer sooner than later.

In the meantime, for those of you who are impatient, a great deal of the content is now available on d20pfsrd.com.

I've started counting my chickens, since I'm pretty sure they're going to be hatching any second now.

Open Content from the APG and GMG is now available as part of the PRD. Please report any problems in this thread.

Problems with the content itself should be reported in the appropriate forums for that product. What I'm looking for as errors in the PRD are places where the text disagrees with the most recent printing of the book, broken formatting, broken links, and conspicuously missing links.
