It says in the APG that oracles don't follow any specific deity and that they receive their powers from some mysterious power. For each mystery, there are number of deities listed as being associated with the mystery. Like a Heavens oracle receives her power from Desna, Sarenrae, Pharasma and Gozreh. Can you have an oracle specifically devoted to Desna? Like would an oracle be able to take the Spherewalker prestige class that requires the PC to worship Desna?

While they don't generally gain their powers form a specific deity, nothing prevents them from worshipping one, and it won't break the game or anything if you say that your oracle has a special connection to one of the deities.
Mechanically, the class only requires you to have Desna as your Deity, as well as a a number of other requirements that don't preclude getting into this class as a cleric (or, indeed, a sorcerer, wizard, or even fighter - though the fighter would not get anything out of the spellcasting).
Flavour-wise, it would make perfect sense for a Desnan oracle of the heavens to become a spherewalker.
