I actually had a really Nice NPC in one of my games who was a retired adventurer not because of his friends getting killed but of sexual tension/drama in the group itself.

While most games i run tend to have " fade to black" scenes, sex is part of life ... so it's in my games.. I'd like to hear how others handled it in theirs. I actually had a really Nice NPC in one of my games who was a retired adventurer not because of his friends getting killed but of sexual tension/drama in the group itself.
Sex is a part of my games as well, usually resolved with three saves- fort, ref and will- against a Charisma-modified DC. Only spectacular failures(a multitude of 1s) result in bad sex, everything else is kinda like pizza(even when it's bad it's still kinda good) unless unusually high numbers are rolled, in which case it's like the Sims(2 with their fireworks going on after sex, I've never seen sex in Sims 3).
The wife and I have a decades-spanning campaign involving decadence, deities, and political intrigue as much as 'hit it with a stick'. It is a fun thing.
That she's as much of an admitted perv as myself doesn't hurt matters in the slightest, though.
That being said, I'd been working on a couple of thematic hexes and an Oracle Mystery set for the sort of thing an Oracle of qedeshot nature might make use of; where their 'curse' is the inability to refuse a sincere solicitation of their 'services' (something akin to a low level geas that gets stronger with time), which results in more prudish sorts reacting poorly to the Oracle, while those who receive the 'services' in question undergo an improvement of disposition, the numeric value of which increases with level. I hadn't gotten around to actually enumerating the additional details of gained powers, spells, etc.
