So I'm running a campaign with a Swarm monger Druid as one of my players. We're having a bit of a sticking point on wether Acid Maw can be cast on his familiar as if it was an animal companion. the archetype specifically trades the Druid's Nature's call (Animal Companion) for a Skill called Fecund Familiar (which has fairly concise verbage that this is a Familiar as a Wizard would have). Acid Maw, a 1st level Druid spell, has a target of "Your Animal Companion". Would it be right in assuming that this would exclude the familiar? or is there any precedent that this is interchangeable verbage?
