Has anyone compiled a master list of all the PFRPG alchemical items that have appeared in canon or PFS-legal sources? One of my PCs is playing an alchemist, but doesn't own any books except the Core Rules, and so i was going to make a simple list of all the items, their cost to make, and page references, but i wanted to make sure I wasn't reinventing the wheel first.

Blake has them all on the archives of neyths site. You need to scroll down a bit.
Of course, he hasn't updated the list to include APG alchemical items, and it doesn't list the CRB alchemical items either.

This is a little spread sheet I've been working on for quite a while. I'm using it in my games, and I thought others might like to try it out. I'm working on a poison sheet to add to it, but poisons as alchemical items are sort of up in the air in my eyes I haven't worked much on it.
If you have any suggestions I'd be very happy to hear them. Thanks.
I like this. I agree with putting poisons on the 'to do' list. Also, I would include the drugs from the Gamemaster's guide since those are alchemical items as well.

If you check over on the current Pathfinder Webfiction, you'll find a few more alchemical items listed as part of my story "The Secret of the Rose and Glove." There are a lot of fireworks especially in chapter two, "The Torching of the Traitoresses." No specific stats or pricing, but I'd be happy to give an unofficial extrapolation based on the existing items in game.

Ok, with the new ruling of poisons being considered alchemical items I updated my sheet to include poisons. I listed all the PFRPG poisons I could find. I'd love to see an update of the poisons in Dark Markets, as I have a player who is a rogue poisoner and they'll be heading towards katapesh in a month or so.

Let me know if there are any poisons/alchemical items I missed. Right now I'm looking for official Paizo sources only. I just noticed there were some in Wayfinder 3, and someone tried updating the katapesh poisons at d20pfsrd.com, but they're just homebrewed versions until I see something from paizo saying otherwise.
I know I don't have drugs on there, not sure if I'll use them or not. As of right now none of my players are interested, if that changes I might add them to the sheet.

First off, kudos! I was about to make this exact thing, and said "Maybe someone else on the Web has had this same need and already done such a sheet?" This is really well done, probably better than what I would have come up with.
Secondly, Pathfinder Society characters who get an Artisan Shop can Craft items at a 5% discount (and with a +1 circumstance bonus), allowing Alchemists with shops to make items at 55% off. Maybe this could be another Yes/No field under "Swift Alchemy?"

I still see a bit of traffic coming from this page, though the link here is returning errors due to my site not using the html formatting anymore. To help, here is a new and updated link which points to the Miscellaneous Equipment section. This includes Alchemical Remedies, Alchemical Tools, and Alchemical Weapons, which should help with the original ask of the thread.
Many of these sites, even the pfsrd don't have every single item. Many times they adopt the newest book, like ultimate equipment, and remove other stuff, that wasn't in the book. Even so, it's not all encompassing. The only location I have seen that has all alchemical items, is the official SRD. Not the d20pathfinder one, but the official one. It has every alchemical item linked. It might be lacking in some other places, but it makes up for it.
I did notice however that in their poisons list, or even their alchemical list normally, that woundweal is not listed. Interesting.

Well, the PRD only has the main RPG books, so it is missing any alchemical item ever put out in a Player Companion, Campaign Setting, Adventure Path book, etc. Besides poisons (which are in my database, just not online yet), the Archives should be up to date on all alchemical items, including all those misc. sources.
If you do see some I am missing, I'd love to know so I can go grab them :)
