OK, so all the options available in the APG make my head go all swimmy. To better help my beleaguered brain deal with all the awesome, I started a spreadsheet to lay out what the options are and what core abilities they swap out.
There's no APG crunch in it, just the names of the abilities. I'll wait until the APG street date to make it available on Google Docs, unless someone at Paizo give the go-ahead first.
Here it is. Could still use some refinement, but it has been handy to me already.
I'll be adding a compiled list of feats as well.

Updated with feats. New feats have been slotted into their feat chain, as appropriate.
For some reason, Google Docs isn't displaying the leading whitespace I put in to make viewing the feat chains easier. I'll have to mess with it more.
Also, did some general clean-up.
Let me know if something doesn't look right.
OK, I think liberal use of em-dashes has helped the readability of the feat chains. Give it a spin, if you'd like.

I've updated this with just about every character creation option from Core, APG and Ultimate Magic. It now includes all classes, archetypes, feats and spell lists.
I know this ended up being the butt of some jokes, but I've found it useful.

It's all OGL, so they certainly could. I don't know if they'd want to, though. I've focused this on official Pathfinder RPG sources only. They tend to cast a wider net.
