I miss having a dog. Ours passed away back in March. She used to chase bumblebees and yellowjackets. Even after getting stung she'd go back for more. I sure miss that goof.

By golly, you're right! I can get English and Irish Breakfast Teas, but not Scottish! Now I have something to get up in arms and blue in the face over. Excuse me, I have to find my kilt and dust my claymore.

Why on earth do they do that? *sigh* Maybe this will teach her, but I doubt it.

Excellent! I highly approve.
I remember the day I first saw that tract. My mother handed it to me and told me to read it because she felt D&D was "serious business". If only she could predict what was yet to come.

Pfft... He shakes of that like a dog shakes off water.
The nightmares begins when he thinks about Zardoz

I miss having a dog.
Same here. For the longest time, I was in an apartment and worked all day, so didn't have one. Then I moved in with the missus, and she was allergic. Now she's no longer allergic, but still doesn't like dogs. My plan now is to wait for another 5 years or so, then get the spawn to beg her for one. I just have to be patient.....

I think it was the buzzing that my dog hated. But then again she'd bark at helicopters and birds as they flew over the yard. Very territorial she was. And she kept the dang bunnies and squirrels out of my gardens! I needs me a new puppy. And no, not some nekkid bulldog.

Worked in our house (I'm not a "dog person").

Hey guys, what's up. I'm here primarily for your tea (sans the sugar as that is heresy) and your cinnamon Life cereal. My wife has prepared a note for you that states I can live here, primarily because it means more Life(both cinnamon and original) cereal for her.

You can get it on Amazon, but not finding it in stores.
BTW, Zen Tara Tea in Maryland hooked me up with two kinds of Kenyan tea. Now there's some strong stuff.

Oh really? Sounds interesting. I'll have to look it up at our local tea store. I prefer tea you can stand a spoon in - straight up. With sugar and cream, it's a meal... I like some of the exotics, too, taste acquired in college. Lapsang souchong and formosa oolong are two faves.

Yeah, it's like drinking the smoke from a grill, only better. I can see why Mairk (or anyone) might have a tough time with it.
And welcome to the house. You'll find the rent very reasonable. Don't mind the dogs or birds. You're going to have quite the bicycle ride to work, though!

Moff Rimmer: Great pics as usual. Sorry to hear about the extra work. If you are a salaried employee, I'd "highly suggest" you (and your co-workers if you can anonymously arrange it) document your extra hours. There are many labor laws on the books to protect against employers abusing the salary exemption.
The Taig: Congrats yet again on the KQ critter! But curses on you for reminding me of the horrors of blue waffle!

Oh Great Leafy: I've never seen The Sword of the Valiant, but it can't worry Mr. Connery more than Zardoz. Edit: Ninja'd by Ashe. {shakes fist}

You should start by showing her cute, fuzzy puppies. Nobody can resist puppies. Then they grow up, but by that time, it's too late to take them back.
Same principle as children, sorta.

Don't worry, if it tries, it'll get stuck to the fridge door, where it will be doomed to an eternity of holding up your Zardoz poster.
