Interesting, as I have the opposite problem.

BTW, I don't think I ever got a response, so I think I'll ask one more time: Does anybody know who Pete Figtree is?
I think he is an old school gamer. He sent me a friend request and at the time I accepted, he had already friended a few other paizoans. However, I don't think he actually has been introduced to all of the goodness that is Pathfinder and these message boards.
From his facebook account, it says he is a teacher trying to use gaming in his class room.

Yes, I should be done by Wednesday 9/15.

Oh wait a minute, this is why I didn't remember. Somebody told me he was that guy who used to always post threads about gaming and education, but we could never remember his handle here.

That's right. He tried to "friend" me on FB. I asked him who he was and he said that he doesn't have a handle here, but that he was doing some kind of "research" on gaming in the classroom. I politely told him "thanks but no thanks."

I friended him, but I lost the message that had the connection. He impressed upon me merely by the fact that he had portrait picture that resembled the Black Flag logo. That gave him coolness points, but beyond that.... *shrug*

You know, I really like Spelljammer. At the same time, I cannot imagine using it in my own campaigns. At least not as written. I am not sure where the disconnect is for me, but I just can't bring myself to do it.
Agreed. I like it, but not RAW. Mine would be a little more of an Eberron + Sci-Fi mix.

For those who may not be so sharp on the latest Paizo news.
I don't know quite how I feel about this. On the one hand, its a great addition to Paizo but on the other hand, I wonder where this leaves Super Genius Games. I really like their stuff.

Just asked Owen a moment ago. A lot of the layout has already been done in advance. The intern they have their sights on has layout skills. Owen's wife has a degree in graphic design. It's a total game changer, to say the least.
Honestly, I'm happy for him. I really am! But, like you, I really do like their products. My emotions are mixed over this and that's a rare thing in my psyche.

Thanks for contributing to the case, FhDM, but I don't know how to make that jive with what PF told Gregg. Why can't people just be people on FB? I mean, it's FACEbook, for crying out loud, not PreserveyouronlineanonymityBook.
