But yeah, I remember when Soleil Moon Frye had guest-starred on the Wonder Years as the first girl in the class that got breasts. ;)

There is not enough brain bleach in the world to remove that from my poor head.

Poor thing!

I find that decongestants help me get rid of the 'liquid' feeling.

Unfortunately I can't take any decongestants. Stupid side effects. Something about having to choose between total unconsciousness (that would be the pseudophedrine) or buzzing in my head accompanied by an inability to sleep for as many as three days (that would be whatever is in dimetapp....diphenhydramine? It's hard to keep the names straight.) Basically I'm just screwed.

Mostly I haven't been posting so I wouldn't be whining. Finally talked the doctor into giving me a prescription for an antibiotic today. Something along the lines of just because you can't see the infection doesn't mean I haven't been in agony since I came in last week.:/
I really need to see an ENT, but since my insurance goes away in a couple of days that's not gonna happen.

Oh it could oh so be much worse, and you know it.
I'm serious. The show was before my time, I've never seen it, but Sebastian's enthusiasm makes me want to. Anything that could make him giddy like a schoolgirl has to be worth checking out.

Thundarr is f%*@ing awesome.

Off to watch Fifth Element?
That falls in the category of so bad it should be purged from humanity, lest it bring shame to our civilization upon being viewed by our descendants.

So, how would you rate Hudson Hawk?

Personally, I found it entertaining.

Y'know, I liked that movie too.

The Fifth Element grew on me in subsequent viewings. I initially saw it in the theater after the hype-fest, and I was greatly disappointed.

I had the same reaction and re-reaction to Raising Arizona.

If it had morphed into The Beverly Hillbillies theme, then you should worry.

Listen to a story 'bout a man named Jed, a poor mountaineer barely kept his family fed.

One day he was shootin' at some food, up from the ground come a bubblin' crude.
Oil that is.
Black Gold.
Texas Tea.
The next thing ya know old Jed's a millionaire, kin folk said Jed move away from there.
Californy is the place ya' oughta be, so he loaded up his truck and he moved to Beverly.
Hills that is.....

You know, when I first read this post I though you said Immigrant Punk and not Immigrant Song, which is just silly, really.

The Exchange

But this Immigrant Song, became this Get Smart in my strange and muddled head over the course of the day. HOW?!? WHY?!?

The least my brain could have done was to do this, Thundaar

Have I gone to some warped strange alternate reality????

Also, since I forgot to comment on it earlier (hah), hope the earache gets better soon. I haven't had one of those for years, but dear lord they suck.

I first noticed that similarity when I was ten. I too have been spreading the word ever since.

I'm up at 23:24 because a giant house spider crawled up to my arm while I was in bed. Then, I found a spider about the same size in the bathroom. So now I can't sleep because I'm terrified it'll happen again.
Irrational fear? Naaah...

Screw you, KC. Screw you to screwing hell. Now I'm thinking about spiders and it's two in the morning and gah. And of course, this room in the basement is the only place I usually see spiders.

Dude, spiders EWWWW!

Going to bed now, have to work in morning.

MMMM burger. We had Central Park for lunch, 3 1/4 pound burgers and 3 fries for $8. And they are gooooood.

Now when you say 'giant' house spider, how giant are we talking about? Was it "Wow, that's a big spider" giant, or was it CR8 giant?

Oh, you have a Central Park there? Awesome.

I had the "Big Bubba" double cheeseburger. I love their fries too.

Now that I think about it though, I may go grab burgers for breakfast from the Sonic in the morning.

Indeed. I suspect that's why the campaign guide lists for triple digit prices on Amazon and ebay.

*sigh* I just wrote myself a wonderful big long ranting post about how suckful my non-RPing was last night and had it eaten due to cross posting in a PbP Thread...

I might decide to write it again later, but right now I'm too pissed off about what happened with RPing after writing about it that I don't feel like typing it all out again. Suffice to say that my Day today was good with the Kids, Last Night sucked giant donkey balls. :/

Sorry to hear about your bad gaming experience, Flash.

So, my wife is on her way to Florida to help out a good friend of hers, whose long-time boyfriend died in front of her a few days ago. Evidently, she's still very much in shock about it, plus the boyfriend's sister kicked her out of the house.

The kids and I will be running some errands, and hopefully we'll see the Scott Pilgrim movie. Plus a friend is coming over for some board gaming.

While the cat's away the mice will play. Of course, you're a badgeh and not a mouse, but you get the idea...

On that note, UK has recruited a huge center from Turkey to play basketball for them this winter. His name is Enes Kanter and he is 6'-11" tall.

They got him an AWESOME shirt. Check out the link:

Well, I think KotOR and the Starships book are the only ones that list for outrageous prices. The other books are generally listed at under retail prices.

For some reason this reminds me of a conversation I had with Solnes the other day.

Me "Dude's gay."
Solnes "No he's not."
Me "Yeah he is."
Solnes "No he's not gay, he's British."
Me "Oh yeah, what's the difference?"
Solnes "Bad teeth."
