This is just to clarify the rules, I don't expect it to make a difference to the result, but rogues get half their level added to spotting traps, so for Jequine she has +13 to spot traps, rather than 11 for perception. The game I GM, we're playing mainly Pathfinder rules, unless we don't know any better and slip back to 3.5, so I know its not easy.

Sorry guys, I was going to update last night, but I got hammered with work, I'll have more map and post up over the weekend.

"No one seems to care for my origins, which is a change. I will assist where I am able, let us continue to the inner areas of this structure."

Valanos changes his longbow for his flail, he is in a defensive position and advances slowly, following the young woman scouting.

Male Human[Chelix) Sorcerer (infernal) 1

Hanathan follows the others keeping his bow ready.

My most humble apologies, I really got hammered with work this weekend as well.

Jequine:

Spoiler:
Map for you only.

You are stunned, just before the trap triggered, you spotted a creature sitting atop a pile of bones sleeping. As you're standing there stunned, it's all you can do to keep from falling into the water.

A Booming voice echoes through the hallway, "I mean no harm, I am a prisoner here as well. I am Etruscan, I lost a challenge to Keraptis, now I guard this hall, I can be surpassed peacefully if you answer my riddles, you see before you 3 passages each has a separate riddle related to that passageway."

As the booming sound resounds down the passageway and fades into the distance, Jequine stands motionless in water up to her ankles, swaying slightly in the gloom. Her shortbow dropped to her side in the water. Her face a picture of concentration she stares ahead.

Spoiler:
She watches the creature atop the pile on bones, hoping that she has managed to keep in the shadows of the tunnel, so that she would be obscured from sight. If she can, she will search the area for whatever mechanism might have triggered the trap.

With great concentration, she turns her head over he shoulder and whispers the words into the tunnel"Be careful, it a trap", before slowly turning her head forward once more.

Hearing the booming Geriant dashes forward, Ghost at his side skidding around the corner to take in the scene. As he now cautiously approaches he hears Jequine's whispered words.

Valanos moves around the corner, curious what intelligence has created this place and/or the obstacles.

Uhm its a white dire wolf, as we discussed in the discussion thread, at least now the map makes sense, I was wondering about that.

Delwyn looks in astonishment as Valanos boldly strides onwards.

"Guys ... Shouldn't we atleast have a listen to these ... riddles ?"
"Instead of lumbering along ..."

As Ghost freezes Geriant looks at the creature ahead, stidiing up to stand alongside Jequine.

"Speak your riddles quickly, no tricks or I''ll cut you down myself."

To the hallway:
"What is the first riddle?"

OK then she doesn't say anything, but is looking at the right most doorway then. I assume she is still under the influence. When she comes out of the influence she will immediately move into shadows and look to hide.

The effects of the stun wear off quite quickly, and you're left facing the Sphinx.

"Before I ask the riddle man in black, you must choose one of the three passages, each has it's own riddle, it's own dangers, and one of the items you seek." The Sphinx' voice booms...

Jequine walks over to the man in black, standing slightly behind him she says. "I saw nothing to the right, so lets have a go down the left. I doubt it makes much difference, we may have to take each tunnel in turn. Its just I think we all should be here to answer this riddle, then once we have the answer I will scout ahead, if that's our best policy."

Jequine calls to the rest of the group to come and be ready to answer thr riddle.

"Very well, I shall give you the riddle of the Western Passage."

"Three lives have I;
Gentle enough to caress the skin,
Light enough to touch the sky,
Strong enough to destroy the rocks."

"What am I?"

"Water." Geriant responds in the silence.

Etruscan nods and says in his booming voice, "[b]Correct, when you return this way, speak "Water" once more and it will deactivate the symbol", which he points to one the ceiling. You then note that down each hallway is a symbol...

"No idea whatsoever. The arcane isn't really my thing."

Male Half Elf Wizard 3 / Cleric 3 / Mystic Theurge 1

"Nice answer, Geriant."

"And I'll have a look at the symbols, perhaps I can identify them."

Roll for each passageway. I'll call that roll for the Western passageway.

Male Human[Chelix) Sorcerer (infernal) 1

Sorry didn't notice the updating

Hanathan will go closer to take a look at the symbols

West 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (2) + 14 = 16
east? 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (2) + 14 = 16
South was it ?1d20 + 14 ⇒ (7) + 14 = 21

Sheridan will hang back to let the people who seem to know what they're doing examine things, but when he can a good view he'll examine the magic involved in the symbols with detect magic.
First passageway Spellcraft: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18
Second passageway Spellcraft: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31
Third passageway Spellcraft: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (18) + 11 = 29

"The runes are arcane in nature, unsure what exactly. Hopefully those of arcane nature will be sufficient for this task."

Spot on the doorways and anything odd about the passageways 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

Knowledge dungeoneering for information about these types of tunnels, mountain passages, strenths and weaknesses, branches, etc 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17

When complete with examinging the halls and doors, he will take a defensive stance guarding the rear of the group

So he doesn't see much of anything, but may have information about these underground areas

Hello, and I'm finally back. Some housekeeping notes to followup:
Will Save:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16 in case it is still needed
Once the ooze was dispatched, Kurgand merely nodded acknowledgement of Valanos presence again and for the moment trailed behind the others - checking to insure they weren't followed or anymore beasties made an appearance.

He turned the corner in time to hear Geriant's announcement of "Water."
Upon seeing the sphinx atop the bone-pile, his first instinct was to raise his crossbow. But upon seeing that creature was letting them go to the western passage, a simple "hrmph" comes from him.

"I suppose a thank you's in order then," he adds in Geriant's direction. Then he moves towards the western passage - the magical symbols seem to give him little interest. "Never was one much for it - unless it's on the end of an axe or a hammer."

Awaiting any revelations from the others Gerian grins in reply, "No thank you necessary, we're all here for the same reason right? Besides, it's fun to see the look on people's faces when they realize I can think too.

Still grinning he glances down at Jequine.

"How you holdin' up little lady?"

You're able to identify the symbols as follows:

Insanity to the West,
Sleep to the North,
and
Pain to the East.

Jequine:

Spoiler:
You begin to explore the western corridor, you're able to stop yourself before you fall into a pit in the water.

Male Half Elf Wizard 3 / Cleric 3 / Mystic Theurge 1

While Delwyn is investigating the western passage, the rest of the party identifies the rest.

He then waits for Jequine to finish whatever she's doing in that muddy pool of water.

Taking a couple of steps towards her friends, she appears before them with her hand up, palm outward, "You'd best stop here, unless you want a surprise bath, we have come across a little obstacle, but give me some time and I will see you safely continue." With that, Jequine puts on a pair on plain looking glasses and using her dagger starts to move loose debris from around a raised stone in the water filled tunnel floor. She continues for some time fiddling in the water

I assume this has a pressure sensitive device on the ground.

Valanos moves to inspect the watery pit
perception to ID the start and end of the pit 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22
If that fails, he will ask for one of them to point out the exact start and ending of the pit

Valanos will jump across if able, is simpler

it's 10 feet across, and you're standing knee deep in water...wearing full plate armor...you can't make a running jump.
