You know what Round 5 is going to be.
You know Round 5 starts on March 2nd.
If you start now, you'll give yourself an extra week to work on your adventure proposal.
If you wait until you know if you're one of the Top 4, you'll have cost yourself a week of time that you could have spent on your R5 entry.
So... you probably should start working on your R5 proposal.

By now, I'd hope most of them would have at least a rough working outline to start with. I started mine back in Round 2 while waiting for voting to be finished. Thinking a bit too far ahead, I know, but better to be prepared just in case you do find yourself nearing the finish line.
