Round 4 question

I'm not clear on the format.

It reads:
{Standard Monster stat block format for Round 4}
MonsterName (NumberIfMoreThan1) CR ##
XP ## each
hp ## each ({SourcebookName} ##)

So do we need to put the full stats for the creature we choose from round 3? If I chose spiky, do I put all of its stats or do I put
spikey (2) CR 6
XP 1600
hp 43 each (RPG superstar round 3)

Just wanting to not screw this up.

Monsters from R3 should use the shorthand stat block format provided (which is the one you quoted). I'll talk with Ross to get a clarification posted.

(I've been at a convention in Denver all weekend and we were racing the clock today to get the rules up in time!)
