Congrats!

if it were anything other than strange, we would be very worried. Do you need that payment up front or can I make payments :D

Considering that payments would come in the form of..uh hum....'donations'... we'll just bill ya.

depressing stuff:
I'll be making the trip to Tennessee again this weekend. My mom is in the bed full-time, now, after she took a fall last night. Her vision is going, and she's on a higher dosage of morphine, since the pain has increased. They're not giving her much time to live, since she seems to be fading fast.

Thanks for putting up with my whining and complaining over the past few months. I appreciate it, and I'm sorry that's all I seem to be doing.

Liberty's Edge

Such a pleasant day, if it were only light a few more hours. Lawn mowed, neighbors BBQing, and the neighbor kids aren't playing really loud rap music and poking smot.

Liberty's Edge

Man, spoke too soon. That sucks Taig, best wishes.

It's not whining if its something serious. I am sorry lovey. *hugs* I wish there was something we could do. Take care and get as much time as you can in with your mom. Drive carefully this weekend.

Methinks that the professor is going to keep the secret of whats under the robes. :)

I'm really, really sorry Taig. You are right, though. Falls can often be a turning point in an illness like this.

Solnes, I think I should I wear silk boxers under my robes any maybe a silk wife beater?

Liberty's Edge

Oooo, silk wife beater.

Prayers go out to you and your mother. Take some solace that you can be there to help her through this final time in her life.

Taig, you are a dear friend to us, we are more than glad to listen when you have to get things off your chest. I just wish there was something I could offer beyond my deepest sympathies.

Lurking...

hmmm...killed it

Kids bathed, dessert eaten, prayers said, songs sung, and all tucked in tightly. *AHHHHHhhhhhhhhh*

Not necessarily. The Zombie, The Jester, and the Warwulf are known to do so on occassion. It's a pretty exclusive club, or so I hear.
Quantity and quality!

Fortunately, I'm brimmin' to the rim with both! ;)

Wait...why is everyone silent?

Uri, I have the discussion up for the PbP. :)

No, no! Don't Castle now. Move your knight first! Then Castle.

But we're all the pawns. O.o

Don't blame ya. Winding down here.

But where is that husband of yorn.

He probably crashed before she did, Prof.

NO!
People can't crash when I'm being creative. Maybe I'll just send it to him anyway. Can you FB me LPM's email address?

Let me check if I have it. One moment.

EDIT: Get it off his INFO page on FB.

It creeps me out when things clack and buzz against the window at night.

Speaking of kids....

Today is Bring Your Child to Work Day. I don't have a child to bring, but I was telling my friend the other day that, if and when the missus and I do have a kid, the first time I bring it to something like this I'm going to put it in a backpack, looking over my shoulder, with a little Yoda hat on.....

Otherwise, I want to know when they're going to have a Bring Your Spawn to Work Day. I've been working on a horde to unleash....

great an undead branch of the government/military/contractor thats all we need. easy maintenance and little to no sex scandals but a strange disappearance of aides, I say thats an improvement.

Good morning. I'm still interested in the PbP, but it might take me a while to get a character put together (middle of next week). If you get your 3 before then, then I'll just lurk. :)

The ever elusive lurking werebadgah, crikey he is dangerous. He is out of sight and when you see him he looks like a little lost puppy, but watch out he'll pounce and drive you insane by blabbering some incoherent language that includes a lot of if/then statements and goto language that will drive you round the bend.

I think I am in my up cycle right now. I think I might be manic-depressive or the new age term bi-polar. I don't care I like this side of me.
