In the description for Throw Anything in the Alchemist write-up it states:
An alchemist adds his Intelligence modifier to damage done with splash
weapons. This bonus damage is already included in the
bomb class feature.
Now does this mean an Alchemist throwing a flask of acid with 18 intelligence does 1d6+4 damage with 1 splash, or 1d6+4 damage with 5 splash? A simple "this includes splash damage dealt" might clear it up if the latter is true.

Not sure i understand your first question.
As to the second question, the way i read it was that the only part excluded from the critical are the bonus die. It could just be the way they've structured the sentences, but that's the way it reads to me.
first question is whether the bonus int damage is added to splash damage with splash weapons

I've played that with bombs it is added to the splash since it's part of the "minimum damage dealt"
Dunno about other ones, but probably.
It clearly states that it adds to the Bombs damage, I was concerned if the +1 splash damage splash weapons deal would obtain the +int damage as well

If it is added to the bomb damage then it is part of the bomb damage and as part of the bomb damage would be included in the splash damage for bombs which is the minimum damage that you would do with the bomb (in the case of a bomb that is 1 per d6 damage + Int mod).
