Seriously, who didn't expect people to create maonsters from shows, games, and books when they saw how fun it was to make an Eidolon?
Just last night, I made three Pokemon!

You have a bunch of stuff in Charizard that implies the Large evolution was bought, but I don't see it anywhere in the list. That said, doing the math from that list says you have the 3 points, so the list just needs modification and the size needs to be adjusted to Large instead of Medium.
All said, this is still cool, and I'm suddenly expecting a 'Create-a-Pokemon' thread somewhere....

I'm still apprehensive about allowing younger players to use the Summoner... nothing robs a game's atmosphere like having a neon-colored foxman with "sculpted abs and glittering eyes" or what have you being presented as rules-valid.
It doesn't necessarily 'rob' the game's atmosphere bro, it's entirely capable of enhancing the atmosphere depending on how it's played.
I would think, that if you have younger players who would be apt to do such a thing that you would tend towards more lighthearted games, where sunshine and rainbows tend to fill the time between conflicts (Metaphorically speaking of course, I don't expect it to literally be THAT 'sunshiney' lol)
I know I myself intend to playtest a digimon inspired Summoner, Most likely rolling with Yamato Ishida (Matt, the blonde from the first and second seasons) since I've been roleplaying him through a different forum, but I'm also open to the idea of using TK (Matt's little brother) or Davis (TK's rival)
All in all it should be a blast :)
Edit: Ok, fine, one more possibility. Taichi Yagami, from a digimon manga. He fits the class better than the rest since his partner's evolutions are generally permanent.

well thats a matter of style and theme isnt it? I would imagine the player that wants that kind of eidolon would already have difficulty fiting into a 'serious' campain or a strongly themed world. This would just be another example of it.
Alot of the game is left up to your imagination. How do spells actually visualize? Some are obvious, but others less so. What happens when you finger of death someone? Do they just die(take the damge) or does a giant spectral hand appear over their heads stabbing into their very soul? If a paladin is smiting, does his appearance change? Does he look the same as he did or does he now shine with the Holy light of Righteous vengeance? Heck just think of what can be done with illusion spells, its not a new issue, just a new page in the book.

Better idea. Do you remember the "Who's that Pokemon?" part of the original show? If you watched it that is.
Anyway, make an Eidolon, and see if anyone can guess which pokemon it is. Entire basis for the thread right there, and you'll get to see how everyone else makes Eidolons.

You know, we've got a ton of threads going right now for first impressions, ideas for GMing summoners, suggestions, playtests, etc etc, why don't we keep this one for posting up things you've made using the eidolon rules. We've got a create start and easy to copy formatting. I'd love to see interpretations of the Rancor from Star Wars, a Lovecraft monster, and a famous sidekick monster coming up here soon!

Couple of notes...
I think that anyone playing a summoner should have a good, long discussion with their GM about what the eidolon's represent in the game work and what kind of general theme they take. I am all for flexibility, but a character's eidolon should not ruin the world's verisimilitude.
I am with Wes and would love to see a thread of just sample eidolons. I am going to start a new one just for that purpose.

I've already told my players they are all but required to bring me an image of their eidolon made in the Spore creature creator. That is really the image I have in my head of what can and should be done with this feature. I know my players and myself for that matter will have fun with it.

I'm not familiar with this Spore Creature Creator. What it is specifically and how simple / complex is it for those who are artistically challenged?
