I found a large cave with a giant penny, a T-Rex, and a bunch of bats! That should be roomy enough for your collection.
Somebody neglected poor Hugh Jackman, though. There's just a skeleton in the torture chamber.

No soda either. "Pop", as we call it in the Cold North, is FULL of bad carbs. Try water or apple/cranberry juice.

Diet soda is still way better than juice. Seriously juice is full of sugar and empty calories. Juice bad. And I've had the blood sugar crashes to prove it. :/

Solnes, good luck with the diet! It sounds like you're doing well.
I kinda do what Mac Boyce does, eliminate most of the carbs in my diet. I especially don't eat any carbs after 5 PM. I need to get back to doing that--I lost my discipline about two months ago.
Well for the most part it is the fast food and the sweets that need to go. And I really should start the exercising anyways. If I tone up a bit I would feel better.

True. But if Solnes is looking to lose weight and not have headaches b/c of the loss of caffine in her diet, then juice is the way to go.
When I did my diet, all I had was water for 3 months straight with one glass of milk a week. No drugs of any sort.

Toning comes after weight loss. Otherwise you're going to weigh yourself, see that you've gained weight (muscle mass) and then start to diet even more extremely. If you want to lose weight CAREFULLY, go see your doctor. That's what I did.

So, yeah, the carb thing really depends on your metabolism and what your system can and can't tolerate. I tried no-carb and low-carb and neither works well for me. I can't eat potatoes, corn, or stuff made with all white flour. No juice or sugary beverages ever. And pineapple only for dessert. Also I can only have dessert late in the day. Anything early causes a blood sugar crash. Oh and refined sugar is evil, but honey and maple syrup are both less likely to trigger a blood sugar crash. I've talked to other people who are hypoglycemic or diabetic (similar diet plans for both) and they all have slightly different things that they can and can't tolerate. Something to keep in mind.

That's sucks. But like I said, go see your doctor if you want to lose weight CAREFULLY. S/He'll help you do it right so you don't hurt yourself. B/C if you do, then alot of Paizoians would be very upset and crying. And I don't think that Gary could handle all the wetworks. ;)

Actually as long as you don't go off the deep end gaining that muscle mass helps with the weight loss. You just have to be prepared for the pounds to come off slower. Personally I threw out the scale and just judge by what my dress size is. Who cares what the numbers say if you're suddenly fitting into stuff two sizes smaller?
