This thread may need a reprise of the "stealing Sebastian's pie" scenario. :)
Edit: Oh, come on! I'm not even trying!

I can't believe they destroyed the Earth in the first episode.
What?
Hellllllo, spoilers? Geez! Oh, well... it's supposed to get better next episode:
Anna admits she loves Richard Castle after all...
Dale Maddox tries to pilot the Visitors ship in for a safe landing but is killed by a grappling hook...
River Bennett Cameron acts freaky, kills everyone, then beats up the dead bodies.

Taig, thanks for posting in the welcome thread. I hope this snowballs into a more impressive turnout...is everyone busy, or just antisocial these days (hence, all the flammable threads)?
The boards do seem quiet this evening. I guess everyone's getting caught up on V or another television program of choice.
I hear there's a baseball game on too. I think it's supposed to be important.

I was really impressed with the boobs scene. That V is smokin'! Surprised that made it past the censors.

Some of those plot points sound really familiar...

Lynora: Hope Bryce gets better soon and your days get less hectic.
Solnes: Hope the school meeting goes (went?) much better than you expected.
Patrick: Are you sure you haven't been delivered Bernie Madoff's karma by mistake? Hope your job search goes well and your daughter's see improvement.
Taig: 6684 words so far, lost track of time.
Moorluck: Glad you are feeling better and back to killing miniature giant interdimensional insect spirits. "Go for the eyes, Boo!"

Mashup? But that's how I remember them... maybe I've watched too much sci-fi?
And just once, Summer Glau really needs to play the part of a normal well-adjusted young woman.

I was disappointed you didn't say anything about looking forward to hearing his voice on the phone.
LMAO.
I feel like someone would have put them together, but I really should have.

Hello...................................................................... .................hello?.................................................... ........................................................................... ...........................helooo?
Hey, TD. How's it going?
I saw your posts about the classes on the Pathfinder database site. I'm going to check those out tomorrow. Is it pretty easy to add things to the site. I've got a set of druid spells I'd like to put up there.

The Jade |

Because
the Jade
asked for it:Early traveling in Shangshan
Morning: he moves at the carriage's tintinnabulating
But his mind turns mournfully to his home even as he journeys on.
Now roosters call, the moon from above the thatched inn
Illumines the frosting on the bridge-planks around shoe-prints.
Bronzy oak leaves drift onto the mountain road,
Citron blossoms light the postal station wall.
On he dreams of his hometown memorial:
Its pondful of wild ducks and geese.
Thanks Willie S. I got this translation. I wonder how many there are?
Morning start move journey bell
Traveller travel sorrow home
Cock noise thatched cottage moon
Person footstep plank bridge frost
Mongolian oak leaf fall hill road
Citron blossom bright post station wall
Still think Duling dream
Wild duck goose full pond In the morning, he starts to move at the journey bell,
He travels, thinking sorrowfully of his home.
A cock crows; a thatched cottage; the moon;
On the planks of the bridge, his footsteps mark the frost.
Mongolian oak leaves fall on the mountain road,
Citron blossom's bright by the post house wall.
Still his thoughts are of his dream of Duling,
The pond full of geese and wild ducks.
And Patrick, that really sucks, brother. Sorry.
