Not sure what's happened to our Paizetiquette, Rob. You were congratulated initially I think in someone/something else's thread, but did not get an official, independent welcome. So, welcome, it's great to have you here with the best gamers and fans in the world. You kicked things off with a good first blog today. Take your time getting to this thread, we may talk about you in the meantime. :D

Rob's picture looks startlingly like me about 15 years ago when I was skinny and had nothing better to do than grow a goatee.

I like how there are very few belongings in the picture, but they are all revealing and some of them I own as well. This speaks of Rob's taste, charm, wit, profundity...all sorts of things.

Congrats on the new job!!, Oh and the offer to help and/or advice on getting your wife a green card/Citizenship is still there, get ready to to lots of paper work and spend lots of money on that process!

Having gamed and spent some time (and mugged him for an autograph on my CS) with Rob at GenCon UK last year, I can confirm that he is already insane enough to work with the Paizonians. Congratulations on the new position.

Raaahhh, I hope it isn't an original he has hanging there. Tucked into an ordinary document sleeve and taped to the wall. *shudder*
A Reynolds original deserves -at least!- to be framed!:-)

Nah, that is a print, I think he got that at Gen Con UK, me and him went to Wayne's booth together, I bought the limited set of Pathfinder prints from Wayne with an original piece of art he drew in the portfolio at the booth, and I think "cheap-steak" Rob bought that print ;).

So Rob when do you start teaching the Paizo Crew how to speak Czech?

Thanks for the congrats & welcomes, folks!
@Hogarth: I have plenty of better things to do than grow a goatee - in fact, the goatee is there mostly because I have better things to do than shave. :)
@Dragnmoon: You can still go to Prague, even if I'm not there anymore. :) And thanks for the immigration help offer, but things are proceeding apace. We should know more in a couple of weeks. As for Czech, I don't think mine is good enough to teach anyone. I'll just stick with English.
@ vagrant-poet, Absinth, & Dragnmoon: It is indeed just a print, acquired with a few others at GenCon UK as Dragnmoon said, but at least it's signed by Wayne. Although I do have an original sketch of my Pathfinder Society character by Eva Widermann. You just can't see it in the pic, since it's on the other wall of my cube.
Anyways, thanks again, people! Happy to be here!

Then our faces may be similar, but our goatee-growing reasons are miles apart. ;-)
