Solmyr of the Azure Flame
As the others enter the front room, Solmyr motions Tristan away from the door. "Stay behind the pillar and do not move until I say so." Soon as the other adventurers enter the front room he snaps his fingers and quickly seals the door shut and soiled house draps drop concealing the contents of the house.

Tristan takes Arielle and Little Kiba and motions them to join him.
:::This is bad. I can feel it.::
The roof window shake and quivers a the heavy rumbling grows louder as it approaches the estrate yard. The rumbling sounds louder, more like hoven footsteps and the party looks up and verses through the ceiling from their particular locations in the front room.
Above them, they see large demonic minotaurs, Goristo stepping over the house, but their appearance is almost ethereal. Their threat however is not.

Don't understand that last sentence completely, but I think the gist of it is: Big Evil Minotaur! Kill it! Kill it!
Now is it a Godzilla-sized minotaur or did we get really small when no one was looking?

A Goristo is large enough to flatten a castle with its bare fists. That the closest I can sum up a scale to size. These however are not your standard fiendish minotaurs by any normal means.
Second everyone roll a d20 for each character on an online die server and tell me your number. Your making a Perception check if you have Knowledge [The Planes] when add your skill modifier to your roll.

Bones carck and flesh ripples as Lk takes on his hybrid form. Now it is time for Tristan to notice something about him. His fur, once as white as Kiba's, is now a dark gray.

I can give you a d20 roll for Allura, but not Arielle. She's not based on any d20 system and therefore I have no fricking idea what kind of stats she would have. I can make something up, but I'm not really sure where to start. What kind of stats is a ten year old demigoddess with minimal access to her powers supposed to have? :/

Roll for Allura then Roll 1d20 and add 20 to it for Arielle. It's only a perception check, nothing more. If you can find a d20 SRD, it should have divine (Deities and Demigods) stats and it should be on-line for free.
On a lighter note, I am enjoying my new flat screen television and goes to show you that attending corporate functions will pay off someday. Santa also brought me a new pair of warm slippers of Christmas as well. They're not his mind you and thank you Saint Nick. Waiting on Devlyn's roll.

For Devlyn's near-paranormal senses, yes. I blame it on being Monday. ;P

Blah, blah, blah. I set the DC for 25. You should pat yourself on the back of that roll. :D

RECAP
The roof window shake and quivers a the heavy rumbling grows louder as it approaches the estrate yard. The rumbling sounds louder, more like hoven footsteps and the party looks up and views through the glass ceiling from their particular locations in the front room.
Above them, they see large demonic minotaurs, Goristo stepping over the house, but their appearance is almost ethereal. Their threat however is not.
Continuing
A third Goristo comes into view as the house continues to shake from the on-coming heard. His stance and posture tells Arielle, Devlyn, and Oroth (and those who beat a DC 25) that the creatures next step will collide with the manor. With little time to mount a defense against the onslaught, the adventurers brace for the worse when it's hove crashes through the wall of manor....
...Without damaging it. No hoof print is left in the reception room floor. It fact it moves through every one then through the opposite side of the room. The dust covered heirlooms and decorations fall from their shelves and the furniture jars about the room, but the dust-covered sheets covering the furniture remain undisturbed save for some gross protoplasmic stains. Everyone views the Goristo through the glass stained ceiling again, and they, the Goristo stop as they are trying to look for something. Oblivious, the target they seek is somewhat under their feet.
Those who made their DC check realize that the manor and it surrounding environs are out of synch with their destination, the Abyss. Those who has some sort of planar sensitivity, arcane sight, and/or personal experience will come to realize this fact. The question is how does one stop it.

I miss the days where we'd just say 'okay, you can decide whether you see it'. Those were the good old days. We trying to make this into a d21 game?
Ha Ha, no. However, if Sytt heads to the Bazaar and looks for a certain merchant selling magical items. I'm sure he figure the rest out on his own.

For Little Kiba only, to the others no peaking.
Little Kiba
:::Gross! Demon loogies!:::
He wipes some off his eyes and face
:::Kiba, Is it me? Why do you look darker.:::
:::Yeah, my fur's going gray, don't too much worry about it.:::
He breathes in and he growls softly.
:::Tristan, the stains smell like demons, nothing but evil and chaos.:::
He tries his best to keep this next part between himself and Tristan.. for now.
:::Your uncle does too...:::
BP, Devlyn's sense of smell is just as good(if not better). Is Lk smelling it because he has a connection with Tristan(and Arielle)?
Arielle
Arielle examines the goo, her green eyes wide. "Well, this is new. I've never seen anything like this before. I think it's probably from someplace my mom wouldn't let me go. It's all....oh, what's that word? I don't know. But it's not something friendly, that's for certain."
"This place feels like it's moving. It's like a kite being pulled along by the wind. We don't have long."

"That's a nice way to put it. Since the boundaries of the Abyss are most likely not on your list of safe places, we should hurry and get that gem."
"Tristan, any chance you may know where it is?"

Little Kiba
"I don't think so. Get back you stupid snake!"
"Fighting Style: Raging Inferno!" <-thought. Tristan and Arielle can probably hear it.
Lk's shifts into a fighting stance and his form wavers as heat rises from his body, most likely from the ghostly gray fire covering his body. His axe glows red as he swings it straight at the snake-thing.
Axe is now +1 Flaming Burst. Lk is now raging.
Db3's Narrator
"Moon dammit! Oroth, take care of Solmyr! Try and get rid of whatever venom that thing has."
As Oroth runs to Solmyr's aid, Aidan rushes over to stand at Arielle's side in front of Tristan(though he places himself slightly in front of her), keeping his blade ready in case the snake tries to double back.

Sorry about the delays. Lap top had to go to the shop for a few days. It got a brand new screen as the old screen went dark one last time I will get caught up on replies this weekend. Oh Dragonborn3, nice new avatar. Kinda spooky.

I'm running two PbPs were it likely some one will die. I thought the new avvy suited the possibility. Thank you.

Little Kiba strikes true and flame races off the ethereal snake to some effect. He hisses in pain then roars loudly as it continues to fly pass the wolfling and out the reception room door. The doubles the paces and energy of its flight.
:::I heard my Uncle's thoughts. Oh no. It doesn't want me. It's going after the spell pool. Follow it!:::
Tristan somehow breaks away from the group and races after it.
