Seoni and Heights

General Discussion (Prerelease)

Just an observation...

There's Seoni getting pitched off a mountain by a stone golem in 'Sins of the Saviors', falling from a rope bridge in 'Flight of the Red Raven' and now getting blasted from a tower by a dragon in 'The Impossible Eye'.

Girl doesn't handle high places very well does she?

I'd like to get a full, official count on this from all Pathfinder art. My bet is that Valeros will still have her beat in this category.

Liberty's Edge

not sure
i do remember more times Seoni falling than him? Does it count being hang?

Getting the hang?

Hanging?

Being hanged?

Being hung?

hung =/= flung

Liberty's Edge

still very uncofortable form of dying

hunf, like by the neck and without nothing to stop your fall but the rope :P

but aye 3 times seing her flying to her doom... i am sure she has either a ring of feather falling or knows fly... otherwise she would gorgoesuly splatter in the floor

when you are with your neck in a rope, the small distinction would not matter :P

still can't blame me, i am not native :P for me hanging is hanging :P

Montalve, believe me, if I were going to blame you for your English, I wouldn't pick on an obscure corner-case of the language. Native speakers often get it wrong, which means that in another few hundred years, it won't be wrong anymore. Le sigh.

lol ok ok no worries :)

and you are right... language is a funny thing

Seoni does tend to fall a lot, I would imagine she has a ring of feather falling by now.

Valeros specializes in tentacles or just getting his butt kicked. I was looking at the fact that Valeros' arm is a charred stump... yeouch.

Being a sorcerer, she should be adapting her magic to suit her situation. If she doesn't have feather fall and fly by 5th level, she doesn't deserve to be on the iconic roster.

Depending on the size and age of the dragon, that Seoni should have a contingency in place to enact a fly spell on her the moment she drops more than 5 feet.
