David (Dave?), welcome! I'm really excited about the project you mentioned...why, just to hear young folk like yourself say "Appendix N," warms my old, crusty heart. And I see the beard is in place...I had no idea Paizo was so strict.
Argh! You beat me to it! Well, let me be the second to welcome you to Paizo, David. Though apparently you were a subscriber before, so it's not a totally new welcome. Anyway, I can't wait for those blog entries. Exciting!
Mairkurion and I are the blog police, by the way, so you'd better add "making sure there's a blog five days a week, and on time" to your list of duties. If there's ever a gap in the blogs, I blame you. This is your final warning.

Thanks for the kind welcome everyone! As you can tell, I'm super-excited to be working at Paizo. I'm also super-excited to contribute to the blog, seeing as I was definitely a Paizo blog addict long before I became an intern. The stuff I mentioned in my introductory blog were some of my ideas, but I'm curious: What would all you fine Paizonians like to see in the blog? Want small tidbits of content that you can use in your games? (no stats, sorry.) Interviews with Paizo staff? Want to find out what their favorite movies are? Favorite books? Favorite color?
Of course, all suggestions will be vetted by Mr. Wes Schneider for approval - I wouldn't want to accidentally give away some of Paizo's secrets in my eagerness to talk about life at the office!

Clearly Hank is the more popular new intern. What exactly did you do to become low man on the totem pole David?
Things I would like to see on the blog... hmmm
I love the pictures, those are always nice. Of course it's always nice to get little tidbits about upcoming AP releases and interesting NPCs and iconics. Wait, that's what's been in th eblog already. Hmm, overall just look back at the previous blog entries I guess.

Interview would be interesting, I also want to see some pictures of Paizo employees at work, and not working at work. :D
But the big thing i would like to kow is what the 'F' in F Wesley Schnieder stands for.

That could be it's own thread! Just for the record, I say Fernando.
Welcome David! In regards to your question, I wouldn't mind seeing interviews with Paizo folks but also contributors; what they're reading, who inspires their writing, favorite monster, etc.

Really? Really. This is you guy's first question for Dave? Sheesh. If this keeps up I'm just going to take Sean's route, drop the period after the letter, and say it's just "F" and it's there for decoration.

Edit: The name of the old thief from Oliver Twist seems to be a bit of a problem.

I'll stop there.

He isn't approving the blog posts. :)
Though I guess that is something that would be something to put in an interview.

Welcome David. I can tell you will fit well at Paizo. You are already torturing the customers by teasing us with hints of what is going on there. You are making everyone very jealous. You get to play full time while the rest of us can only do it on evenings and weekends.

Vile tormentress! Abraxas commands you to reveal this dark knowledge unto the world!
Seriously, I just talked to him. He was quite specific about it. Said he couldn't drop by personally and tell you, as he has to whisper information most fell into the ears of mortals, but since I'm such a trustworthy person, we both agreed that you'd take my word on it.
So commandeth the Master of the Last Incantation!

You and me both; Wes doesn't seem too keen on letting the interns in on the secret. In fact, I'm starting to get the sense that the "F" stands for the missing expletive in the following sentence: "None of your <*snip*> business," heh.
We may have to bribe him... like get him to agree to tell us once the Pathfinder rulebook is printed and sells its first 80,000 copies (or whatever number with which he agrees).
Then all we have to do, if we really want to know, is help it hit that mark in record time. ;)

If you want to know, I think you'll need to hire a private eye... eye... eye...
