Most of the unique armor and weapons in the DMG are reverse-engineered into generic properties in Green Ronin's Advanced Gamemaster's Guide. The few that aren't properties, like Celestial armors, are turned into new materials, in Celestial's case, Silver and Gold Celestrum. ($5.00 right now if you order it from Paizo here.)

Just another vote for making it clear how the "unique" weapons and armor are priced (e.g. is it a flat +12,000 gp, or is it a +2 equivalent property?).
Again, they're broken down in the AGG, so it should just be an easy "copy the relevant sections, paste a line into section 15 of the OGL giving credit where it is due, and update as needed to Pathfinder".

I went through an broke down the celestial armor in the DMG. Here is what I got. Also, celestial is like mithral as it is a metal type instead of a magic effect. It just requires specific magic effects be on it, as well as everything having the alignment restriction of Good.

The cost of the magic abilities, +3 and fly 1/day, comes to a total of 12348 gold. This will not change due to the type of armor.
Fly 8640
+3 +9000
17640/10*7=12348
So with this, and using the matirial multipliers for mithral here is the end assumed results by armor type, just add in the armor's base cost to the matching type.
Light: (rounded up, and 1/4th that of Medium)
2476+12348=14824
Medium:
9902+12348=22250
Heavy: (x9 that of light armor)
22284+12348=34632
Celestial Armor Material: Increase Max Dexterity by +6, Reduce Armor Check Penalty by 3, reduce arcane spell chance failure by 15%, and weighs half its normal weight. All celestial armors are +3 and can use fly 1/day as per the spell.

We should have an infernal armor also, adamantium infused with evil...give it better DR than adamantium and have it be heavier, the weight of evil.
Apperently you are not familiar with this armor.
"Celestial Armor
This bright silver or gold +3 chainmail is so fine and light that it can be worn under normal clothing without betraying its presence. It has a maximum Dexterity bonus of +8, an armor check penalty of -2, and an arcane spell failure chance of 15%. It is considered light armor, weighs 20 pounds, and it allows the wearer to use fly on command (as the spell) once per day.
Faint transmutation [good]; CL 5th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, creator must be good, fly; Price 22,400 gp; Cost 12,550 gp + 1,004 XP. "

Its SRD and in the Magic Enhancement of Pathfinder. We are not talking about new items, so please stay on topic.

Here's the relevant stats on Silver Celestrum from the AGG:
Silver Celestrum (40 hp/inch, hardness 15)
Max Dex +6, Armor Check Penalty -3, ASF -15%, half weight, functions as one category lower of Armor
Ammunition +60 gp
Light armor or shield +5,000 gp
Medium armor or tower shield +10,000 gp
Heavy armor +15,000 gp
Weapon +6,000 gp
Other Item +1,000 gp/lb.
If you do the math, a +3 suit of Silver Celestrum chainmail with the ability to use Fly 1/day, CL 5th is essentially the same as the normal Celestial Armor.

Very good. Its OGL so sense max dex of armor becomes a major problem in higher level play, who not include this to mitigate the problem; helping to keep heavy armor proficiency in the loop.
