Blackheath |
Is it a metallic squeaking or animal squeaking?
"The tower may be filled with bats. We might want to give it a wide berth."
PFS CORE-G Sangre |
sorry if i was not clear but im tiring to take us to R3
PFS CORE-G Sangre |
"well it could be nothing but let's check it out just in case we don't want anything or anyone out flanking us"
let's go check out that tower

Blackheath |
Blackheath draws his club, grips it in both hands and readies himself to thump some rats as soon as they are within range.
Two-handed arcane strike club attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
Bludgeoning damage: 1d6 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 3 + 1 = 5
PFS CORE-G Sangre |
"filthy beast burn by the everlight"
Fire forms in Gravleons hand and he trust it forward to fire it at the on coming swarm
Fire bolt touch AC: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3
well that sucked...
GM Engleaktig |
Gravleon, normally firebolt won't hurt a swarm because spells that have an individual target, rather than an area of effect, cannot target a swarm. However, this swarm can be hurt by physical attacks. (Some swarms are immune to physical attacks.) Therefore, I'm going to allow the firebolt. But, I wanted to let you know for future encounters.
WHOOSH! Thanks to the fury of Sarenrae's grace, Gravleon's attack hits! (Because the rats are flat-footed.)
SMACK! Blackheath then whacks a bunch of rats on the head.
Dolgarth, Monty, and Vandel may attack! This is still the surprise round.
Dolgarth: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Monty: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
Sangre: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
Vandel: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Swarm: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
Vandel Kur'resh |
Vandel follows the monster hunters suit dropping his spear and drawing his club in two hands as well.
Splat the Rat attack:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
Damage:1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Sneak attack Damage(if able)1d6 ⇒ 2
Blackheath |
Blackheath cheers Vandel's rat-splatting, and then he follows Gravleon toward the house.
PFS CORE-G Sangre |
"well then let's enter..." gravleon slowly reaches for the door and the hart beat of the others with him pounds in the chest...as the door slowly creeks open
sorry I was just playing the og resident evil ^_^

" well that was startling, let's have a look around then shall we"

GM Engleaktig |
CREAK! The party steps inside. The floorboards creak loudly.
Going in likely marching order:
Vandel Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18
Dolgarth Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Gravleon Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
Monty Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Blackheath Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Blackheath Bardic Knowledge: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18
It is very clear that this structure has been abandoned and untended for many years. You can see bricks, timbers, and other support structures missing in various parts of the house. Given its size, an attempt to explore it fully would take 10 minutes. This first room that you're in is empty--except for a couple of pieces of broken furniture.
2) 1d100 ⇒ 70
3) 1d100 ⇒ 91 *
4) 1d100 ⇒ 59

"well those seem new, if it was old the dust would have covered it...be ready for what ever we find i don't feel it will be friendly holy" Gravleon draws his sword and shield and in a whisper "holy light keep my sword strong and my shield sturdy as we walk into the face of danger" he said
PFS CORE-G Sangre |
Oh well never mind then :(
"well lets have a good look around then"
PFS CORE-G Sangre |
reflex: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

I've got a folio, so...

:-) You don't need to have gone to a convention. The Guide to Organized Play lists a few things you can acquire for a re-roll.
I'll have to read it then i have only glanced at it so far:)

Monty Reflex Save: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Vandel Reflex Save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Crap! Everyone but Vandel failed their save.
How many PCs are caught in the effect?: 1d3 ⇒ 3
Which PCs escapes the effect?: 1d4 ⇒ 4 (Monty)
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 6
Part of the house collapses. Blackheath, Dolgarth, and Gravleon each take 6 HP of damage from the falling debris. You can all hear the house groan and creak as it settles from the resultant shift of weight.
Blackheath |
"Maybe we should leave the house before we join the Professor."
Blackheath |
I'd vote for circling the prison wall before heading in, but I think we had better stop and heal up first.
Gravleon, how many channel positives do you have? We have 4 wounded party members (I don't know if the lion took damage) and though we could use a bunch of cure lights, it might be better to hold onto those -- whereas one positive channel might do the job.
We are going to need as many channels and cure spells as we can carry, because they can be used to heal and offensively if memory serves.
PFS CORE-G Sangre |
Gravleon clears him self of the debris "by the light that almost to our light" he then takes out his holy symbol "dawn flower heal our wounds so we may help the people of this land"
