I wish to be sure of one thing because I read that all the spell caster cast don't need to have a 8h of rest to obtain all their spells. Is it true?
In fact, If I don't make a mistake, only the cleric can be quiet during 1 hour to re-gain his daily smells (without change them) but for the other classes (wizard, sorcerer and so on) they need to have 8 hour of rest to re-gain their spells.
Is it right?

But any spell cast 8hours before their one hour meditation is lost for the coming day.
I'm not sure to understand. For exemple, a cleric who "learn" for the day "bane", "bless" and "cause fear". During the day, he had to cast "bless" for one of his friend. After that, he take 1 hour to make some meditation. At the end of his meditation, he can always cast the three spells, isn't it?

A divine spellcaster classically chooses a given time of day to prepare spells. In our groups, it's usually been sunrise, but it doesn't have to be. That spellcaster must prep spells at that hour or as close to it as possible if they miss it if they want to ready spells for the day. Any spells cast in the 8 hr time period immediately prior to their chosen time (e.g. sunrise), in this case say from 10 pm to 6 am, count against you when you prep spells. So if you got in a fight during the night and cast a bane spell at an enemy, if it was within that 8 hour period, one of your 1st-level spell slots would not be available for a refill in the morning.
Mind you, I'm quoting from the 3.5 rules, but I didn't find anything contrary in the Beta. But it's early in the morning yet and I'm uncaffeinated;-)

Alright, but can we imagine that the cleric prepares his spells (8hours), take one hour to meditate and came into a fight and cast a "bane". If he meditates one hour after the fight, does he regain his "bane" spell?

Has it been eight hours since he cast the bane spell?
If NO then he cant regain it. If yes then he can.
A spell slot can not be refill within eight hours of when it was last use to cast. Once a spell slot is used 8 hours must pass before it can be used again. that applies to all casters. Additionally wizards require that they be well rested and refreshed inorder to prepare spells in their empty spell slots. Clerics must prepare spells at a specific time of day.
So the cleric would have to wait for his meditation time (say sunrise in this case) in order to prepare spells in any unused slots. If any of those unused slots were used to cast spells within the last 8 hours they can not be replinished at this time.

Also, there's the obvious issue that divine spell-casters pray once a day every day for the spells and may only pray at that time - dawn for Lthander and generic good good, dusk for Labelas Enoreth, noon or even midnight (Lolth and generic evil gods).
In fact, page 168, it is written taht:
"A divine spellcaster does not require a period of rest to preparespells. Instead, the character chooses a particular part of the day to pray and receive spells."
Can we think that in choosing this PARTICULAR part of the day, that is to say only ONE time in a day (like sunrise)? and so, if it's the end of the day and that he prayed, he's not going to regain his spells?

Just to be more complete, in fact page 168 it is writeen an important thing:
"The time is usually associated with some daily event. If some event prevents a character from praying at the proper time, he must do so
as soon as possible. If the character does not stop to pray for spells at the first opportunity, he must wait until the next day to prepare spells."
So that is to say, according to me, that, the cleric MUST choose a particular moment, which one MUST be the same EVERY DAY, to pray and obtain his spells. If he can't pray at that moment, he's got a little temporal window to pray or he has to wait the next day to pray and regain his spell, so he can't regain his spells whenever in the day, just by praying. What do you think about that?

Yes, the cleric must choose a specific time of day to prepare spells at character creation. This is the only time of day said character may ever prepare spells, and he may only do so once each day.
Hence the difference between divine and arcane magic, the arcanist may prepare spells as many times as he desires but requires eight hours to rest. The clergy, however, requires no "rest" but may only prepare once each day at a certain time.
