I can't unzip the Item rules!

I can't seem to get the Item Rules file to unzip!

What am I doing wrong?

You'd have to be more specific about what you're seeing for me to be certain... but my generic suggestion is to try a different unzipping utility—the one built into Windows is kind of evil.

I finally got it unzipped, and it was 12 hours too late!!! GRRRRR!!!!

This is most frustrating.
