One question concerning the channeling and some Neutral PC.
If it's a good channeling, GOOD people have their hit points going up, but what about NEUTRAL PC?
Do they choose, like Neutral Cleric, if they are good or evil or they can't be heal by channeling.

Channeled positive energy (whether from a good cleric or neutral cleric) doesn't have any different effects based on the alignment of the recipients. *All* living targets are healed, regardless of alignment, all undead targets are damaged, regardless of alignment.
Channeled negative energy (from an evil or neutral cleric) damages all living targets (although the cleric can choose not to affect himself!) in the burst, and heals all undead targets. Alignment of the recipient is not a factor, only living / undead status.
