Scarab Sages

I think I might have just broken 8K myself.

Wow. And I thought I was doing good that I finally got over 500 including aliases. :)

And the leafy-come-lately busts 2000!

CourtFool is just happy to finally have someone to play Hero with.

I guess that's one way to kill the tribbles. Melt their brains with Hero.

Our group plays Fantasy Hero every 4th turn. I understand the system but it just seems 'disconnected', so I usually bow out. Maybe it's 'cause I have Champions in one part of my brain and D&D in another, and never the two shall meet.

But your 500 are HOT! ;)

I just hit 1500 posts myself. What's disturbing is that my evil alter ego, JRHM, is about to surpass me in post count.

I laughed out loud at that. :D

And I'm still trying to work out how a Jack is an "evil alter ego"...
;)

You have been to the jacks place right?

No, but I have a good friend who is a Jack, as well as his Man(Jack). And my little blue apprentice some times pops over there. And my grounds and game keeper walks by it on his way from my tower to the frog pond where he likes to watch the wild life. And...

It is a wonderful den of sin and evil...I like it there

It doesn't seem so evil to me... They've been downright sweet. ;)

Talk to them. They shall tell you. Especially Malice.

It is quite a different paradigm.

Geeks are notorious suck-ups to cute chicks.

Now that you mention it, JRHM did seem rather upset when he found out he'd done a good deed....;)

Somehow, I doubt you were completely unaware of this axiom.

Starts chasing his tail.

*bats eyelashes*

Are you accusing me of using feminine wiles? ;)

We can't be too bad. We're the ones who took care of the poodles and protected them when YOU deserted them.

No, but I do not buy in to the feigned innocence either.

Where is this coming from?

Just making a point. You always state how violent we are and now you are acting as if we're some great evil. We have shown the poodles compassion and understanding(which can be quite difficult with all the leg humping and doing your business in the Jack clubhouse)when we didn't have to. Perhaps you should be more tolerant of us when we don't live up to your standards. After all, we are allies and friends.

I was unaware that I was implying the Jacks were some great evil. Suck-ups, but not evil.

And I have done more than my fair share of sucking-up.

Jacks, you guys regularly raid other cults. Granted, very few of these cults are good, but not many are evil either. Many of you are certainly evil. Or, at least, Chaotic Neutral. Perhaps with evil tendencies.

Since when is the pursuit of alcohol evil?! We only take what the other cults don't appreciate as much as us. Whether it is booze, gold, gems, or magic. Why is that wrong? Let alone that we Jacks are often called upon in times of need. Consider it a protection fee if you will.

Even the Clinically Depressed Peasant understands the laws of wealth redistribution. ;)

Runs around yapping and licking random guests.

The Exchange

Hey Court fool ever think about doing a Hero PBP?

Pees on random old french guy.

Crimson Jester wrote:

Honestly, I have. I just fear I would not have the time to commit to a regular posting schedule. Unless it was once a week, but PBP is slow enough as it is.

Magnifique! Eet was not me!

Pees on Le French Chef

YAP!

Oh great! Another french guy. I don't like french people.

But he smells like old cheese, garbage and fish heads! YUM!

sniffs Le French Chef excitedly, then pees on him again

Everyone should pee on the french chef.

It adds a je ne sais quoi to his odor! Give it a try!

Dread Lord Poodle wrote:

Hey! Did you just curse me out in french?

Aieeeee! Eet burns!

Hey, hey, hey! Stop peeing on him. Maybe he will make us some éclairs.

A ringing from a distance fills the area as a faint “It is done” follows

Hey all of a sudden I've got this ringing in my ears. I'm probably coming down with something.....

whines at the loud sound and pees himself
