Is Paizo going to support the Pathfinder RPG as some kind of living campaign similar to LG or LFR?
If so, are the adventure pathsgoing to be part of it?
It's called the "Pathfinder Society." There's a link to it near the top left on every page on this site.
The APs likely won't be converted, but the modules may.

As was said, Pathfinder Society is going to be the "Living" organization for organized play.
As for the Adventure Paths, it's safe to say no. Check out the Paizo blog (link above) and read the stuff in the society section. While Pathfinder Society will be set in the same world as the Adventure Paths (Golarion), they'll be using their own mini adventure modules for your group to use as part of the organized play.

The following comes from a chat with Pathfinder Society's Joshua J. Frost:
Question: Will there be any plans to use Pathfinder Modules or Adventure Paths for credit in PFS, or just the scenarios?
JF: APs, never. Modules, we've talked about it, but I'm unsure when that might happen as it seriously explodes my tier schedule right out of the universe.
This and other similar questions regarding the PFS can be found HERE about 1/2 way down the page.
A good read :)

The living campaign Legends of the Shining Jewel will be using the Pathfinder RPG ruleset as well. So we are waiting just as patiently as the rest of you for the BETA release. :) Information about LSJ can be seen here at our website. Go to Legends of the Shining Jewel
