I wonder to what extent Paizo intends to distribute the PRPG worldwide. I'd certainly like to see the book here in gaming shops here in Czech Republic (at least the core), becoause somehow locals don't know about the project and thus probably won't be interested in it.
I don't find it particularly encouraging to be the one to inform shop owners (who are D&D players themselves) about the game. They should be informing me!

I don't know if it's in the cards financially for Paizo, but definitely keep dropping the name and run your own games. Store owners will get the buzz and start carrying the product.

I was the one to inform my FLGS about pathfinder. I even lent the owner my first copy of burnt offerings. Since then he has been selling pathfinder products to other gamers and getting players enthusiastic about pathfinder (and the pathfinder RPG) as an alternative to switching to 4.0
That's pretty cool, I wish I had a FLGS to go to...

The Beta is a short print run. It will enter normal distribution channels, but the odds of your FLGS getting one aren't great in the States, let alone internationally.
The Final release should be a massive print run, and it should be available internationally anywhere you can get the modules.

Well, yeah, the 'anywhere you can get the modules' may be the problem :/
Most of locals never heard about Paizo. I discovered it almost by accident when someone mentioned that he overheard something about D&D 3.75, which when I applied my Google-fu on it led me to Paizo's pages...
Something to show the world that the company exists would be great IMO.

Paizo's international distributors are listed here. Maybe you can get your FLGS to talk to some of them?

Thanks for pointing that out, Ross.
If anyone knows of a foreign distributor who's not on that list, I would love to get in contact with them. :)
Also, Zmar, you may want to talk to your FLGS and see who they get their products through. I know I don't have a Czech distributor. I'm working on a Polish one and have several German ones. I don't know if your FLGS would be able or willing to get anything through them.
Also, to answer your initial question...as widely as possible. We have no limits on where we're willing to send it. Our only limit is finding people willing to buy it!
