Are there any informations on Castrovel, the Green World, that is in the same solar system as Golarion?
What kind of civilizations can be found there? What kind of environments can be found there, is the planet inhabitable by normal characters?
Erik Mona has written an article on the solar system and the 11 planets, but it will not be released until Pathfinder 14 in September. There might be more in the Campaign Setting, but as it stands now, only a few sentences on Castrovel appear in the Gazetteer.

Thanks for the headsup on the article in Pathfinder 14, totally forgot that one. Any information on seeing stuff about the solar system in the Campaign Setting?
Well, if he reads it, I would already be satisfied with some information on the fact if humans could live on planets like Castroval or not. I am aiming for a bit of Michael Moorcock in my next campaign.

Actually... Erik had to bow out of that article. James Sutter took Erik's brief notes and wrote the article. And it's awesome!
But yeah... Pathfinder 14 has a fair amount of info about Castrovel. The hardcover Campaign Setting has a little bit more as well.

Humans can indeed live there. In fact, humans can live on several of the planets in Golarion's system. The others they'll need some magic to survive though...

Wonderful, so Castroval would indeed be very suitable for a Moorcock type of adventure. I was planning on having stuff like dinosaurs and ancient demons from areas like the Gaping Maw in the Greyhawk setting live there. Pretty much the inverse of the Mars Trilogy of Moorcock.

Castrovel is indeed the place for you!
Although Akiton might be too.
Castrovel = Pulp Venus
Akiton = Pulp Mars

I think a better question is: how do people get from one planet to another? the fact that you just said they're habitable, and the amount of effort that was obviously put into them means they're going to come up sooner or laters as adventure locations. So how do the players get there? and is there any ground for that rumor circulating about a planet of secret elves?
...
Unless you don't intend there to be any communication at all between the planets, and it's like you choose one and you're stuck there...which would suck. Magic rockets and aliens sound so much cooler.

SCIENCE! you say? Maybe I will see rockets after all and not just magical teleportation effects. a wierd pathfinder/robotech crossover is going on in my mind now with adventurers w/ swords in the veritech trying to reach the new planet and cthulhu-oid invid trying to stop them...

Oh no, there are ways... but I don't think I should spoil them before the article comes out....

Yeah... we MIGHT do a brief blog post about the article later next month, but for now I don't want to spoil too much about interplanetary travel... aside to echo James's comment that it DOES exist.
