I'm doing it as well, and am close to finishing Chapter One.
I agree with Mistwalker, so far I have had to do very little.
I do plan on upgrading the character leveled bosses at the bottom of Thistletop, however, to keep the challenge consistant.
That's been one of the bummers about playtesting this way. Jason has wanted feedback, but my players want a campaign (but are willing to use the playtest rules as the medium).
I think a lot of the controversial changes happen at higher levels, and it's going to be a while before we get there.
On the other hand, later this year I should have some quality feedback from having gone through the level progression slowly, and with a mind toward the play experience.
So far, they really love it.

I'm doing the same, using the complete conversion method outlined in the DM section of the Alpha document. As I make conversions, I'm posting them on the Pathfinder Wiki PRPG portal. So far my players are in the glassworks, but I've done more conversions than just that far. I think I'm going to stop converting monsters, though, as the changes are so negligible, but will continue to convert NPCs. The Excel-based character creator that is posted about elsewhere here has been great at that, by the way, so if you plan to do any conversions of core races/classes, this is a great resource.

Double thanks for that Yoda! You're the hero of today!
May I echo Krisam's request, does anyone have a link to that character creator?

I see you've given Nualia the defensive ability Bravery, which doesn't seem to be in the 3.5 description. What does that ability grant her?

Is this the one you were looking for?

At second level, Pathfinder fighters get a +1 to Will saves against fear. This bonus improves with levels.

"Bravery (Ex): Starting at 2nd level, a fighter gains a +1
bonus on Will saves against fear. This bonus increases by+1 for every four levels beyond 2nd, to a maximum of +5 at
18th level."
EDIT: That's from the Pathfinder RPG Ver 3

Bravery is a fighter ability. Look at the fighter write-up in the Alpha. If I remember correctly it gives the fighter a bonus on fear saves.
Doh! My posting-fu is too slow.
