Barring metagame knowledge, cheezy rules interpretations, and a party twinked beyond World of Warcraft level 19 standards (if you play, you know what I mean) the Tarrasque has always been a threat, and CR 20 has always been "surviving" rather than "defeating". Sure, flight is a way to get around it, but with its speed and strength, it can make some fairly impressive leaps. And in the end, "avoiding" the tarrasque is hardly "overcoming" it, and certainly not "defeating" it.
Speaking from experience, I ran a 19th level group against a toned down version of that bad boy only a few weeks ago, and if it werent for "divine intervention" in the form of a +10 bonus on ALL d20 rolls, and its regen being cut to 10, they would have never made it. While it can be hit with minimal effort, its DR and Regen make actually damaging it a chore. And its reflective SR is a flat out worry for any spellcaster. Finally, its damage output is horrendous. Barring miss chances due to concealment, it will always hit. No arguments. +54 to attack? If you have a 20th level PC hitting an AC of 65+, you have a problem bigger than "the tarrasque is too weak!".
If anything, the Big T is a solid benchmark for when PCs become broken, flight nonwithstanding.
That being said, I will be interested to see if any major overhauls to the Monster, and by proxy, level adjustment systems are made. Although I don't expect to see many, for the sake of backwards compatibility. Personally, the discrepancy between the rampant awesome of dragon and outsider HD, versus the relative thumb-sucking of construct and fey HD, have always been an issue for me. I approve of each type having certain strengths, but the end spectrums seem rather far removed.

The only change to the tarrasque so far is that with the new toughness feat, it gains 306 hp due to its 6 toughness feats. That puts its new HP total to a whopping 1,146(!) HP. (306 HP from the New toughness+858 Original HP total-18 from the old toughness) Once you take into account the weakened SoDs (Most of them top out at 200 damage level 20), The tarrasque has a much longer life span than before, and with regen 40 its more of a terror than before as long as PCs don't fly out of range. (The simple solution is to give it a ranged attack/breath weapon or the ability to fly)
The real change I want to see is monsters follow the new feat progression, and give them a feat for every two levels like PCs. If that happens, the tarrasque will gain 8 extra feats to play around with which can lead to some nasty things (if done right).

I can`t see what my problem is my PC take would take out the taraske easily.
I realy hatte fights at high level in D&D they are so boring. May Pc are just to strong and wenn you give them more enemys they will level up much faster. I can´t see what a mistake I am doing.
Give them better enemies. The players aren't the only ones who can optimize. In most cases I would avoid to run monsters out of the book. Nearly all of them have suboptimal feat choices. Many of their spell selections are also leave room for improvement. A simple first level spell increases the AC of a dragon by 4. I would recommend against to much metagaming against the characters, but there is nothing wrong with a little monster optimizing.
