Is anyone currently working on this or planning to work on this? We're going to be starting this right after we finish RotRL (which won't likely be until the end of August, I think), and our characters are now pretty much Pathfinderized. It would just take tweaking the encounters and NPCs a bit, but if someone has already done some work he or she would like to share, I'd be happy to share the work I do on this as well. :)

I'm using the fast progression XP chart. It's closest to normal 3.5 progression, and seems to fit in with the expected advancement in the adventure path. As it is, the party is slightly behind, but that's because they missed a bit at All the World's Meat, and avoided combat at Eel's End.
I'll see about posting some changes here later today. I've got everything written in a notebook I use, so I can't just cut-and-paste.

If you'd like Shadowborn, there's a great template for PRPG statblocks we created on the Pathfinder Wiki. You can add the conversions there, and then people can access them easily in the future.

That would be cool. The PathfinderWiki is going to be a great resource.
I found a link to a full conversion stat block - looks really good!

Looks good, though I'm completely wiki illiterate. I wouldn't know where to begin unless it flashed me a big red link saying "Post New Stuff Here" in a 24 pt font. (Well, that's an exaggeration; a 12 pt font would work just fine.)

Basically, what I do is click on my screen name and make a link to the title of the article I'm making (surround the title with square brackets "[" ) then when you click on it the upper left corner will have an edit function. Click on that and type away! Alternately, you can email one of us working on the wiki the information and we can post it if you would like.

I might see if there's a way to create a form-based statblock entry page. I doubt it, but for the time being, if you can't figure it out, you can email me the statblock in text format and I can enter it into the wiki. As things pick up and more people start to contribute this might become too much for me to handle, but for now I'd be happy to assist. Email to this screenname at pathfinderwiki.com.

So, having finished "Edge of Anarchy" and just begun "Seven Days to the Grave," I decided to try a full conversion of a monster, and grabbed the first major creature battle that gets thrown at the PCs.
Vampire Spawn
Medium undead
HD: 4d12+4 (30 hp)
Init: +6
Spd 30ft
AC: 15 (+2 Dex, +3 Natural) touch 12, flat-footed 13
BAtB: +2 CMB: +6
Attack: slam +6 melee (1d6+6 plus energy drain)
Special Attacks: Blood drain, domination, energy drain
Special Qualities: +2 turn resistance, DR 5/silver, 60ft darkvision,
fast heal 2, gaseous form, cold resistance 10, electrical resistance 10, spider climb, undead traits
Save: Fort +1, Ref +5, Will +5
Str18 Dex14 Con- Int13 Wis13 Cha14
Skills: Acrobatics +10, Bluff +8, Climb +10, Perception +10,
Stealth +10, Survival +8
Feats: Improved Initiative, Lightning Reflexes, Skill Focus (Perception), Skill Focus (Survival)
As these are, presumably, human spawn I gave them their +2 stat raise to Str, just to give them a little more "oomph" in combat. I never quite understood what good a profession or craft skill did a feral, animalistic undead, so I replaced the skill with Survival, which seemed more suited to the creature. Also, with the change in the Alertness feat, I substituted Skill Focus instead.

Gray Maiden
Female human fighter 2
LE Medium humanoid
Init:+1 Perception: -1
AC:21 touch 11 flat-footed 20
HP:31 (1d10+26)
Fort+5 Ref+1 Will+1 (+2 vs fear)
Spd 20ft
Melee: MW longsword +7 (1d8+3/19-20)
Ranged: composite longbow +3 (1d8/x3)
Str16 Dex12 Con15 Int10 Wis8 Cha13
BAtB:+2 CMB:+5
Feats: Iron Will, Point Blank Shot, Quick Draw,
Weapon Focus (longsword)
Skills: Acrobatics+1, Climb+3, Intimidate+6
Languages: Common
Gear: masterwork full plate, heavy steel shield, masterwork longsword,
composite longbow with 20 arrows
I put the human stat bonus in Str. I also made a correction in the Feat selection, as they are listed in the book as having Precise Shot, which requires Point Blank Shot as a prerequisite. I threw a couple ranks in Acrobatics since they should have a Jump score.

Glad to be of service.
I just wanted to point out, because I don't recall if I did previously, that in my campaign I used the double hit points option at first level. I just realized that the HP I've posted for NPCs reflects this. So, if you're wanting to do a standard character, you'll want to remove HP equal to a full hit die plus Con bonus in order to have a standard listing. Sorry for any confusion.

Good stuff! I'll add my own as I convert them and have the time to post 'em. Thanks for sharing.
One note on Verik, though--Precise Shot is not in the Alpha rules, so that should be replaced. I used Rapid Shot in my conversion, though if you have him attack by ambush within 30 feet and he happens to land a crit, you're looking at 15 to 36 damage from one shot. Ouch.

As it happens, that's just how it played out in our game. The rogue picked the lock, opened the door, and took a critical hit for his troubles from Verik's readied action. Ouch indeed.

In terms of the Alpha 3, are the feats in it meant to be representative of ALL the feats allowed? We thought they were only supposed to represent *changed* feats from the PHB. I mean, there has to be some kind of that rule in, otherwise no equipment would be allowed.
Even at the Beta stage, we can't fit ALL the rules in. As a general rule, unless the Alpha or Beta rules specifically say that a feat or spell or other element ISN'T in the game, it's safe to assume that it is in the game still, and will be included in the final product in August 2009 (and will also perhaps have some time on a Beta update before then).

Anybody want to take a crack at "Pathfinding" a version of Trinia Sabor? Bards got a heavy makeover for the PRPG, she needs updating/converting!
Already done. I updated her for "Edge of Anarchy" and just finished her higher level conversion for "A History of Ashes."
Trinia Sabor (Mark I)

CG medium humanoid
Init: +4 Perception: -1
AC:17 touch 12 flat-footed 15 (+5 armor, +2 Dex)
HP:38 (3d8+24)

inspire competence, inspire courage +1, distraction)
Special Abilities: Bardic knowledge, Well-versed

The human stat bonus should be in there. (e.g. The Gray Maiden stat block has a +2 mod to Str) Skill ranks are factoring things such as feat adjustments, class abilities, and armor check penalties. Granted, there are some of these that could probably use a double-check for accuracy. I tend to work on these in the wee hours and occasionally shortly before a session starts while my gamers pester me with questions and general banter. I'm fairly confident that the majority are on target, however.
*Edit* Whoops. Speaking of accuracy, I just noticed I neglected to put in the Stat line for both versions of Trinia. I'll have to fix that.
