Well, guys and gals, yesterday was the day of truth. I married my girlfriend of 3 and a half years. We are super happy, even if we had horrible weather (rainy and windy and quite cool).
Some folks asked why we married - because we wanted to and want to show that we belong together.
Our honeymoon starts on Tuesday - we are going to Tallinn and Riga for ten days.

Thanks for all the good wishes.
We have safely returned from our honeymoon, which was very nice indeed. If you ever get the chance, visit Tallinn (the old Reval), it has a very good preserved old city with walls and towers. Riga is a historic city as well (some 800 years old), and has an abundance of art noveau buildings to boot. Both historic centers are part of the UNESCO world heritage, and rightly so.
And we relaxed a few days in Jurmala, a bathing resort/spa near Riga, also a very nice place.

It was great!
