Well, I didn't make him up, but my vote would have to be for Trogdor, The Burninator!

** spoiler omitted **
But he was still Trogdor.

I've had a couple of ideas, but never actually had a chance to play them.
The main one, though, was a half-silver (half-human) swashbuckler who was something of a womaniser, despite the risks involved when you have razor-sharp teeth and claws - he just took it as a challenge.
I used some details on silver dragons from the Draconomicon to add a few extra details. Namely, it described silver dragons as having two thumbs on each wing (most dragons have only one and it's little more than a claw) and that they were surprisingly long and multi-jointed. I decided to make this guy ostentatious enough to have all four of his wing-thumbs covered in rings (he was tempted to have some fancy piercings added to his wing-membranes, but decided that they'd come out to easily and hurt like hell when they did).
I got him the feats in Races of the Dragon so that he had wings and a tail, as well. Poorly-optimised but I figured he'd make for an interesting character depending on how successful he was with women (if he had poor luck then I'd try and portray him as slick-talking, but still something of a try-hard, while if he was successful... actually to be honest I never thought about that direction but now that I am it'd probably only really work if he fell for another party member and would have to sort through those feelings).
The class choice was because I didn't want to bother around with magic on this guy and wanted to go with a melee class, but I didn't want to make him the big scary fighter-dude you think of when you hear "half-dragon swordsman". Besides - who expects the guy with the rapier to still be able to punch you across a room?

Half-Silver Dragon Avariel (well, now for Pathfinder Aellar) Paladin. Nothing like a 30 strength and a +2 holy greatsword to get the point across about "Worshipping the gods of undeath is bad, m'aky?"
