“A sorcerer can cast arcane spells which are drawn primarily from the sorcerer/wizard spell list.” This implies that there are other lists, which ones? The bard’s list?
Bloodlines pp.29-31
A few bloodline powers allow a second roll to increase chance of success. These all include the sentence: “You must decide to use this ability before the results are revealed.” Which results? The dice result (which the player announces) or their effect (which the DM describes)? I presume the latter, but it should be explicitly stated.

I'm wondering the same thing. A sorcerer/wizard spell list seems conspicuously absent. Along with spell lists for any other class. Is this found elsewhere?
In some games it means you can take spells from other spell caster lists. Things like Miracle at L18+ as a level nine spell since the rules do not clearly prohibit that. A spell Gold Dragons receive via their Luck domain access according to the MM.
