Generally I didn't have a problem with the style and layout for either release of PRPG. However, I would make a few suggestions for the future:
1. Move bloodlines and rage powers to the Feats section, or the Magic section (like the Cleric and Wizard domains). I found it lengthened the class section unnecessarily.
2. Only one class needs a table: the Cleric. This is a flabour hold-over from previous editions that could be simplified using d20 mechanics. Consider developing a formula rather than a table (or both).
3. More design insights. For example, I was curious to see Jason's opinions on the Barbarian and Sorcerers.
4. Make fighter feat trees more clear in the feats section (more for future or final release). I realize that there is a Combat Feats section, but perhaps a symbol could denote related feat chains?

Why do you say that? Personally I prefer to have a table foe every class, it makes it very easy to draw up a character that way with minimal flipping around to find the appropriate BAB and save progressions, not to mention spell progressions.
As for your other suggestions, I agree.

What I meant was that as it stands, only one class uses a special table to determine actions outside character creation: the cleric. Either give every class a table, or get rid of them.
