Hi. The place to watch is the "Gamer Connection" messageboard -- that's where openings are posted. I suggest watching it fairly closely; games often fill up quickly.
To get a feel for how PBPs work here, just read a few pages worth of a few different games -- each one is different, but it will help with a general idea.
