Hi folks. Sorry, life fnucking with me still. I’m going to get a big update done Monday. I’m still here. Where did this week go??
I'm not sure where YOUR week went.
But I'm pretty certain that if I could find MINE, I would also find where every sock I have lost in the dryer went for the past 40 years!! ;P

Alessia, while walking alone, notes a small canyon opening in a series of eroded hills. She veers off, and sees that the opening descends into a narrow canyon that plunges down into the earth. She notes that the sandstone rock about the entrance of the arroyo is marked with pictographs and hieroglyphs well worn with time.
Actions?
I'm assuming that the rest of the group, while they don't see the hieroglyphs, did see Alessia veer off the path-- she's in front of everyone, and she's not that far away

ROFL,
Well, Alessia DOES have good reason to be pretty 'unhappy' with the mummies at the moment.
And we already know that she holds a grudge. Ergo her current state. ;P
Not saying that she SHOULD., just that I can't really argue any character reasons that she wouldn't,...
(Oh, dear. We're in trouble, aren't we?) ;)

Hmmm... again tempted to just jump down the hole and soak the damage...
Hopefully the pit isn't filled with sharp, gem-encrusted spikes.

Um, ouch, yes that would be,... bad.

OK. I’m having one of those Mondays. I’ll be updating Thursday. I might post innocuous stuff prior, but I won’t have access to my mapmaking until thurs
Copy that!
I'll be dealing with the University Presidents Speech set up and production through Wed anyway. :)
(Not to mention, the USUAL insanity that always happens trying to straighten out the schedules the week before classes start!) ;P

Sooooo. Thursday turned out to be Monday part deux. But, hope shines upon Friday. I have new maps partially completed for every game, since all three are going into hostile mapped regions
OOF, Sorry to hear that.
If it makes you feel any better, this is week before University classes begin. So EVERY day has been Monday! ;P
All three?
Um, excuse me, I have some PC's who may need to update their wills,... ;)
Have a great weekend all!

Ugh. Again, apologies. My work has been kind of crazy. But, I will be trying to get some in tonight and tomorrow morning. Stay tuned!
I hear you, updating games sometimes there just isn't time, MUCH harder to post as a DM than as a PC. :-(

What? Work=Crazy? What are the odds? ;P
All good!
Shadow is correct, It must be much harder to do an update as a DM.
Heck I can barely manage to do updates as a PC!
(Although it may be hard to tell from the length of some of my posts) ;P
(One of the many, many reasons why I have not tried to do a PbP myself yet.) ;)

Though good news at work today, I am seeking to verify with the agent but if I read his workpapers right, I saved a client $700,000 in taxes. My wife was like, if only you got a cut of that, indeed, if only!
This audit has been open since 2018. I believe that is the third or fourth largest tax savings I have ever provided to a client (though most of the time I get clients No Changes so technically there is "nothing" to save). The largest, I'll never duplicate again, $15,000,000. That s~!* was crazy.

Yeah, speaking of cuts of the loot, I'm tracking down a combined total of 20.2 Mil in missing disbursements that are hiding somewhere in the government systems. I'd settle for 1%, it's not much to ask, right? :D
LOL, I'm surprise it's ONLY $20.2M. Somehow, the Pentagon has sent the same $3B to Ukraine like three times, and I'm not sure that's counting the OTHER $113B they sent nor the OTHER $25B that's been asked to be sent for next month. I should have been a weapons systems engineer instead of a lawyer :-(

I deal in an odd system space. We actually send money back to the Army, which only confuses them.

I have GOT to learn NOT to drink ANYTHING when reading your alls posts at my PC!
(I have gone through more keyboards that way) ;P

SOOOOoooo,...
Under the category of, 'It never rains but it pours'
(Or, 'Adding insult to injury')
The 'cold' I have had for a week is now officially COvid. ;P
We figure that my recent radiation treatments lowered my immune response somewhat. (Because of course it did)
On the plus side, at least my AC is working! (The main AC breaker had fried. I replaced all the big double pole breakers in the box)
On with the show! :)
