Hi!
Just a quick note. In the book Traps and Treachery, an NPC version of the Rogue class was included (the Thug). Please include something to this effect.
In fact, I would say that all core classes should have an NPC version. Perhaps use a mechanic similar to the ORDINARY in d20 Modern?
I was thinking of something like this as well... perhaps something that could also be suitable for beggars, meager pick pockets, harlots, etc.
I definitely want to see the NPC classes still... this, along with many other things, was a key selling point for me with 3.0/3.5, for once, everyone else (aka humans and demi-humans, etc.) was clearly defined yet flexible.
