One change that came to mind was instead of having spontaneous casting to healing, was to allow the player to convert spells to one of their Domain Spells.
I think this would give clerics more of a unique flavour instead of being all pretty much the same.
I am probably going to give this a try, but I was wondering if anyone else has tried this? Any problems with power creep?
Thanks
Darren

I've seen more then one table break down into cleric player hatred when the party's cleric started casting spells and depleting his healing power for no reason, so I don't like this idea much.
The point of spontaneous casting heal/inflict is so that clerics don't have to prepare those spells and can always cast them.

As the Pathfinder clerics no longer have domain spells (as they been replace by domain abilities) and that the spontaneous healing/harm seem to represent the ability over positive/negative energy and affect also the Turn Undead ability I guess it could be difficult to change it...
Bu I agree that it could be fun to add option to replace those abilities (spontaneous casting and turn undead) by powers more attune to the different domains choosen by the cleric... The Spontaneous healing could be availabe only to the Healing Domain and Turn Undead only to the Sun Domain... and the war domain could grant an ability similar to the barbarian rage for exemple, etc...
But that could result in compatiblity problems with standard 3.5 OGL ...
